I went to the Charlottle location and my experience was horrible. One employee was leaning over a food prep table on his phone while the phone was ringing and didn't bother to answer until another employee said something. Usually chipotle is my go to if I’m in a hurry and feeling pretty hungry, but this location off Charlotte Pike not my favorite by employee customer interaction. Asked for a to go bowl, half and half rice and beans, but when it came to the protein portion the gentleman added just half a scoop of protein thinking that was gonna be enough when you’re paying for a full.
