MULTIPLE bad experiences here but today was probably our worst. We pulled into the drive thru to pick up our order and after a few minutes they came over and said the system was down, could we come in. I went in, six other people waiting. No employee was even acknowledging anyone. One employee was making a rack of chips. One was making orders, one was on her phone and another was at the register on her phone and not saying a word.The guy making the orders finally came over so I asked if we need to resubmit the orders with them. He got visibly annoyed and said “I would need to see your phone!!” And then took the order of a customer nearby. After awhile, he finished that order and did not attempt to write down anyone else’s order, no one was acknowledging any customer there. We left without food and asked for a refund through the app.Horrible customer service, terrible employees. They need an entire new staff.

I've personally never had a bad experience with this chipotle but I always order online and pick up at the chipotlane 30mins later. Food is always correct and tasty unlike some other chipotles (looking at you, 100 Oaks with the giant weird onion chunks...).

Worst customer service! Wasn’t sure if I could order at the drive up window or it was just for pick up. So I pulled up and asked. Had an employee yell no and the girl at the window laugh. Then guy making food had his hair hanging down in his face above all the food. Just rude and unprofessional here. Get some new staff!

Though to some this would be a small issue but I just cannot bring myself to purchase food when the establishments have rude employee's. I started my order and was just simply letting them know that the queso was associated with my order so that it didn't get left out when it was time to check out. Instead I was met with "I need 2 orders of queso, it doesn't really matter whose order it is"! So with that, I don't and will never stop at this location again. I tried a little over a year ago and the service was horrible and thought that may be there was a change.

Rice out, steak out, mild salsa out, queso out, lids out. This is the worst chipotle I’ve EVER been to. I have never seen a manager in this store ever. Never enough employees working and I have to wait 20 mins in line every time. Was told I had to wait 30 minutes for steak, which should always be available. They ran out of both kinds of rice, so my gf was forced to get beans. Every time I have come to this location they are always out of multiple things. No urgency whatsoever. The employees do not care at all and honestly look like they would rather be anywhere but there. Not sure who the manager is, but something needs to be done. I will not be visiting this store ever again.

Literally the worst chipotle. Unsanitary, food is everywhere on the counters, flies flying where the food is. Plenty of workers but no hands on deck? Causing long lines. Out of choices hours before closing time. This place is a mess. Chipotle lane be wrong when I order. I door dashed once they gave me old sour cream. This place needs to be shutdown or bring in new management

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in my entire life! Staff was rude and miserable the place was a mess. I had to wait an extra 40 mins for my order to be ready! Finally take my food home and sit down to eat it and the order is completely wrong plus I was missing my chips. I will not be going to this chipotle ever again!

If i could put 0 stars, I would. Placed a pick up order. Was not ready until 40 mins after the promised time (they had about 7-8 employees working). I was yelled at by the person packing the food for asking how long more it’ll take. The manager swooped in and yelled at me infront of 15-20 people and that I could cancel and leave. The manager (night of 3/20/24) was extremely rude and unprofessional. After grabbing it, I realized they left my chips out but I did not want to step back in that store ever again. The whole team needs training with customer service skills and cleaning skills. The place was FILTHY. Anyways. First and last time at that location.

The chicken was dried out and the person serving the portions shelled out a measly half of spoon of rice and chicken. It appears that this location is preserving portions for themselves. If that’s not the case, then shame on the franchisee and the management team for training their staff to cut portions for the sake of profits.

I come to this location a lot and EVERYTIME they tell me that they are out of vinaigrette no matter what time or day I come. My previous visit I asked for some and again was told they were out. I asked the employee why they always seem to be out and then I received some. So basically they just lie about it due to laziness or not wanting to make any , it’s frustrating.
