This place use to be great. Thought it was great quality and loved coming here. Last time I was here a few days ago, the employee grabbed my toppings with her gloves and then PROCEEDED TO touch the register with the same gloves and then touch my lettuces with the same hand she touched the register with. So unsanitary and gross and will not be back here. I threw my salad away. Talk about health code violations.
The Greenhills location in Nashville, TN has a consistency issue. I love these salads and eat here frequent ordering through the app. But it’s more often wrong than right. So far this week they didn’t include the apples I added in to the Caesar salad, yesterday they drenched the Greek salad in dressing I ordered. The salad dressing has an option, light, regular or heavy. I always choose light and then go an extra step to write that in the comments and they still get it wrong....read full review

Unprofessional staff. Me and my friend ate here on Thursday and we were food poisoned. We were sick the whole weekend. I think the staff need proper training on cleaning and proper food handling. I had not been this sick since COVID. I would not recommend this restaurant
