I have ordered their cookies for YEARS as both corporate and personal gifts. Have spent thousands with this company and have recommended them to companies and friends. Went to order 30 tins this week for gifts and experienced horrible customer service. The woman who we spoke with was so rude that we simply ended the call and took the business elsewhere. While I understand the holidays can be stressful time for everyone, this was uncalled for. They have lost a long time loyal customer.

The ladies who took my order were first class indeed. Made me feel I like I was at home from the start. The team at Christie’s explained in detail how to properly store them for max shelf life for quality taste.I ordered three chocolate chip & three white chocolate chip with macadamia nut cookies. Along with three brownies. I just ate the cookies & I love them.Theses cookies are very chewable, lots of freshness going on in every bite I took. These cookies were fresh & had a nice sweet subtle but pleasant very light salty taste to them. I love the neighborhood where they are located.The setting is small & very personal able as it’s a small cookie shop. They seem like they are very hip, free spirited, fun loving folks. It felt like I stepped back into an earlier time period as this neighborhood seeks to bring people together to socialize in person vs being isolated on your communication devices.It was raining outside & it was fun to see how people come together & live their best life having fun, shopping & dining out together. This community where Christie’s Cookie is located is what our country needs more of today.These are my cookies & man! They in my rotation so when I need a great cookie. I’ll be their at Christie’s getting my chocolate chip to go.
We stopped here on a food tour and got some nice warm chocolate chip cookies. They had quite a selection and they are known for the famous DoubleTree hotel cookies. They have some sitting in there if you're interested in getting a cookie..or a few...and sitting down for a moment. The place is surrounded by apartment areas and office buildings, but you can't miss it!

I love going to Christie Cookies on 3rd Avenue, North. The staff are invariably pleasant and helpful. Card-only transactions and my receipt is emailed. So easy except for choosing which cookies and how many! Snickerdoodles are my favorite and I like to try new options.
Cookies are always amazing. They do not have milk, which is a bummer.

Disappointed today, first time bc I love your white chocolate macadamia cookies I buy from Kroger but this time to dome on outside and not enough I’m middle . I was looking forward to sinking my teeth l into the first cookie but I knew the cookie just didn’t look right like usual. Well I guess one time isn’t too bad ( oh no ! There’s no white chocolate chips??? ) umm they were left out.

Never heard of Christie's cookies until I visited with family from Knoxville. They were absolutely delicious. My favorite was the Doubletree!!! They would definitely benefit if they extended their hours, they are in an area that is up and coming with a lot to do.

Absolutely stellar cookies, easily some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. Rivals the homemade cookies my mama makes. I’ve had their chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, white chocolate macadamia nut, the “doubletree special,” butter pecan, and their sugar cookie. They’ve all got soft, chewy centers, but not mushy; edges are slightly crispy, without being dry.Unfortunately, their brownies do not meet the high standards of their cookies. They’re decent, good enough flavor, but there’s just something off about the moistness, and crumb consistency.As for the cost, I’d say their price points are very reasonable, especially given the quality. I’ll take Christie’s Cookies over Tiff’s Treats 100 times out of 100.
