They are trifling. We came and my mom said they had bugs but I still wanted it . When we got there in like the first 7 minutes we seen a roach going up and down the walls then it got on my plate . When my mom told the manager he picked it up with his bare hands and laughed at it to me . Then instead of washing his hands he digged in his nose and still didn’t was his hands after . I will never and I mean never come to this place again . They are horrible and I suggest you don’t come . And this is how you know they are dirty because I’m a 13 y/o boy who is typing this I have a video of the roach too.

The pizza was fresh and hot. But I would advise no one to eat here unless you like eating with bugs. Also the manager was on the floor blowing his nose with a paper towel and after he finished he proceeded to go to the counter and put his hands on the counter and picked up a pizza rack without washing his hands. Once I asked for the manager and he came and I showed him the roach he then grabbed the roach with his bare hands and laughed. Don’t come here they got bugs crawling on the wall on the table and into your plate!!!! RUN

The whole place was horrible was charged 3 times as an adult.. had to wait 30min for food … tried to get a refund and she wouldn’t give it… I ate one pizza that they just took out and it tasted horrible 0/10 for this location

Me and my family will always love Cicis pizza. It's just a wonderful place, and we love that you get to get as much as you want, and you can request a pizza of your own, and for them to make a certain pizza to put out on the bar area. Plenty for the kids to do. Play room in the back. Get tokens up Front to play games.
Haven't been to CiCis years. Definitely won't be back. The buffet was not stocked, the lobby was full on a Sunday afternoon. They weren't even cooking pizza to try to keep up with the crowd. Just standing there wiping down the counter. I asked her to make cheese bread multiple times and she didn't. No desserts were out. The only thing stocked was the pasta bar... no one wants that.

This was the best CiCi's Pizza that I have ever eat at. It was my momma's 90th birthday and we traveled to Nashville to celebrate for a few days. Food was wonderful service wonderful as well. Employees were very friendly and helpfulWheelchair accessibility: my mom is in a wheelchair and had no problems getting in, to a table, or exitingIt was great

The pizza was good the salad was okay. I really did enjoy the deep dish pepperoni. The employees were nice to me. The only thing I ask is to have pizzas ready and the bathrooms Clean. I had a good time there.
I went with my children to eat and how disgusting there were cockroaches on the pizza, my son took a piece when he got to the table, his pizza had a live cockroach on it. I told someone from the staff and they just said I'm going to clean.. lol I would never go
I like CiCi's as a pizza buffet. I ordered Togo, which works well for me. The cashier gave me a box & a bowl for salad. The salad bar is a good alternative. I rated them only 3 stars because the pizza options this visit consisted of more pork options. It was fairly busy, so I was only able to get the spinach pizza and cheese pizza. I think it would be great if they served more veggie pizzas. Also, they didn't replenish the cheese bread while i was in which was a bummer considering it is one of the more favorable options. However, i did get cinnamon rolls and they did not disappoint! Overall, the experience was pleasant. Follow my profile for more great insight!Dietary restrictions: More veggies friendly options.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a Cicis. I couldn't even chew the cinnamon rolls, the pizza was so dry it was nearly inedible the soup was incredibly salty and barely had noodles. Really the only thing my fiance and I could eat was the salad. If I could've gotten my money back I would

I used to love going to this place but now there's a big problem with service. For some reason they put out little to no pizza and it takes forever for pepperoni pizza to get put out.
