It was 1 hour before closing and the buffet pizza was cold, however staff were nice enough to take our requests and make them. One staffer tried to turn off the aracde games with another 45mins until close and fussed at a father who asked why she turned them off so early.Other than her, staff was great.Kid-friendliness: Mini arcade
Their salad bar is weak at best. They don't even keep cheese up there and this is a pizza place. You literally have to ask for it. I find that kind of annoying but that's just an opinion I guess. The pizza is of course are kind of run of the meal nothing special but is good enough to suffice for something quick and easy as long as you don't have high expectations. A bit pricey for what it is but not too bad. Kind of average I guess as any other fast food restaurant.

The nostalgia was real walking into CiCi's!! The staff was very friendly. The pizza was great, however, the staff was struggling with keeping the pizza stocked. There were times we had to wait or come back. I think they got a little behind and just wasn't able to catch up and keep up. Either way, we enjoyed our dinner and being able to share one of our childhood favorites with our kids.
