First off, they let you order online to be delivered to your room when they aren’t even open, and don’t tell you. I have been traveling for a whole day and am absolutely STARVING!!!!! Once they opened I tried calling NINE times! NO ONE WILL answer!!!!!!! You took my money, been waiting hours! I can’t even get ahold of someone to get my money back. Who runs a business like this?

My sisters and I chose this for dinner on a night out in Nashville because the food was affordable and the reviews were good. However, the service we received was truly stellar! Our waitress Cidney as well as the host Justin were incredibly kind and handled the busy night with ease!! I would definitely recomend!

Loved being able to get a table for a big group on a Saturday mid evening. We were greeted promptly and they got our tables ready. Our server was good and super friendly, but definitely was busy. What took so long was our drinks. Seemed maybe they needed more bar staff. Our food was super good with lots of flavor. They did have gluten free options .Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

Dinner was so good last night at City Tap. We return again and again because of great service and consistently good food. We were lucky enough to get there during happy hour on a Friday night and got a great deal on the hushpuppies appetizer. The burgers were great and your key lime pie is really, really good. We will definitely be back!! We love City Tap!

Service was a bit slow, almost like our order was forgotten, but it got back on track and all was ok in the end. Food was not amazing but was good upscale bar food. Good selection of happy hour options made it a great value. All in all, it was enjoyable, and we would try it again, especially during happy hour.
Stopped for pre-concert drinks and food. Plenty of room throughout and and extra long bar. Great selection of draft and bottled/canned beers. Had the Cubano Sandwich with fries which was very good and a large portion. My wife had the pretzels with pimento cheese dip, they were awesome, almost like a salty dense donut. Julie M was awesome behind the bar and could handle the length of the bar in a professional manner. Definitely recommend this off Broadway bar.

Great service and great food!! Food was really good and cooked perfectly. There is also a lot of beer on tap to choose. We had a party of 15 and made reservations a week before we were in town. Had a great space for all of us to sit comfortably. Our waitress, Shauna, was awesome in taking care of the whole group! Will definitely be back again when in town.
