Horrible food, horrible service. Place is great but I'd say they have some kinks to work out. Our omelettes had like 4 tiny peices of topping in them, it was embarrassing they would pass that off as a $20 omelette. I don't mind spending the money but that also causes your expectations to be higher. The server didn't care and got passive aggressive to me when we brought it to her attention. Then in retaliation she just never really came back. Ruined our Easter brunch. What a let down.

I had an omelet that was slightly undercooked and a side of potatoes and my friend had the eggs benedict it was okay nothing special. The hotel is beautiful but for the money go elsewhere for breakfast.

The atmosphere is ritzy, classic, and professional. You can look through glass to see the cooks making your food which is pretty cool. Our waitress was super sweet and asked about what we were gonna do in Nash for the bachelorette and gave us recommendations. The food was pretty good for brunch and the bacon was thick and scrumptious. They had mini preserves/marmalade for the toast as well as cute coffee mugs when you order coffee. She even gave the bride free mini chocolates which she loved!

Mia was wonderful, friendly and attentive. On a day where the kitchen wasn't hitting on all cylinders she made the experience worthwhile. The food was good but her service made the day.

Christmas brunch was amazing!!

Let me start with the croissants I was expecting a small store-bought pastry. But no. It was amazing! Flaky buttery and just plain delicious The meal itself was amazing. We didn't have to wait long. Our server Fairh was attentive , courteous, friendly and helpful We did enjoy the fact that there was entertainment. But the vocalist was mediocre. The Valle and experience was totally worth the effort.

Lovely elegant place for breakfast / brunch when staying at the hotel. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. The pastries were excellent - particularly the croissants. The brisket hash was delicious and a generous portion-size but the risotto, while laden with guanciale, was way too salty. We enjoyed the live music.

It wasn't easy to find a restaurant open on Christmas day, so glad we found this one. The service was great. I had the eggs benedict with mortadella ham, which I had never had and it was really good. My husband had the ham and cheese omelet and he enjoyed it as well.

The Joseph delivered the best breakfast we've had in quite a while this Thanksgiving. The staff were appropriately attentive, friendly & efficient. The food was amazing- and yes, the poached eggs were perfectly prepared and the juice must have been squeezed right before it was poured into the glasses as it could not have been fresher! Cannot thank the Joseph enough for being open and offering a wonderful brunch menu.

Faith was great. Go-to breakfast while in town

Absolutely will be coming back here! It was the only place left with reservations for brunch, even though it's in a hotel, we will absolutely be coming back here to stay and dine when in Nashville! The food was absolutely delicious and the hospitality was impeccable.

Had Mother's Day brunch. Absolutely top notch food. Disappointed in the ambience though. The Mother's Day Brunch advertised live music and then there was none. Also, I thought this would be a separate restaurant area, but it's basically an extension of the hotel lobby. It is a very nice high end hotel.

Many options for breakfast include delicious omelets and french toast, but also healthy choices such as avocado toast or yogurt parfait with granola and fruit. The Joseph has an elegant dining room and great service.

It was just weak. Ordered two ribeyes. Neither were a ribeye and both were completely over done. Ordered an omelet that must've been made with maybe two eggs. Smallest omelet I've ever seen. Served with burned home fries. No toast. No bacon. Nothing. Just a tiny little omelet and burned and cold home fries. No kids options. No lunch options at all. Typically a brunch has a few lunch ish items. Not planning to return. These downtown places think people want something gourmet. No. We don't. We want something traditional.
