Alan was very patient with not only my 2 children but the next 2 customers had 5 children in total and he remained calm and had a smile on his face the entire time !! You just don’t get customer service like this anymore me & my mother in law were very pleased we even ordered a pint to go .Vegetarian options: Plant based options availableKid-friendliness: Kids love ice cream
I love Cold Stone Creamery. We stopped here a few months ago for some ice cream. So many flavors to choose from, It will have your head spinning. I usually like my ice cream in a cone, But we had the ice cream in stead in a cup. It all came out ok. Friendly people working here. No problems at all. Id be willing to visit again.

ALLEN MY KING !!!!! He made everything right after the Brentwood location screwed us over. I still don’t know why they kicked us out of the store like that but Allen made up for it. He showed exceptional customer service and consideration to us, he is genuinely just a nice guy and is so kind to customers. I appreciate that so much.
