Was seated pretty quickly.Waiter was friendly, but overworked due to serious lack in staff. Three people running the restaurant, plus one in front.The waiter forgot most of my order and the steak was very poor quality. Eggs certainly weren't cooked soft scrambled.Manager did honor no charge. Way under staffed.It was like a ghost town inside.Now I seen why. Only three staff workers.Cracker Barrel is failing.

Exceptional!!! We had given up on eating at Cracker Barrel in our travels, but this place is AMAZING!!! What a great staff and the food is perfect, hot fresh and sooooo good! Just like Cracker Barrel is supposed to be! Thank you Miss Erma!! Your team and you do incredible work! Thank you for keeping that Cracker Barrel legacy alive!!

Busy day, we were seated and place was half empty. After our order was taken (first) we waited over an HOUR for food. While place began to fill with customers that were fed and left before we got our food ! Manager came by twice and said our food would be out shortly. Made me mad that they fed entire dining room who were seated AFTER us and left while we still waited for our eggs......

It was around 9am on a Saturday. My wife and I ordered the old timers breakfast and it took over 10 minutes after we were seated to be acknowledged by the staff. The “old timer” is supposed to be a quicker meal but it took almost 30 minutes and the food was lukewarm. The worst part was 30 minutes later, my wife and I experienced very sharp stomach pain followed by diarrhea and butt hole burning. Never again.

Convenient location, free parking, cute gift shop, and easy mobile payment.We were seated quickly, however that was the only thing that was quick. The floors, tables, and silverware (yuck) were dirty. Our server was super friendly, our drinks and appetizer arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and the cheese puffs were good. Unfortunately the wait for our food, despite ordering sides and fried chicken strips, was long and disappointing.This was my first, and probably last, Cracker Barrel experience; the quality just isn’t worth the price.
