Food was so good. They were busy on the Saturday morning I went but the wait wasn't long at all. As busy as they were I was amazed at how good and hot and fresh the food came out. Koodos to the cook. The service was great very friendly staff.

my friends cheeseburger was extremely dry though his fries were excellent my roast beef was much tougher than any I had had at a cracker barrel previously my pinto beans were very subpar mash potatoes ok broccoli was rather nondescript far from our usual top notch cb experiences sorry to sayVegetarian options: most things cooked with meat
Always a good experience at the store on Stewarts Ferry Pike in Nashville. We go out of our way to drive to this location.

There was hardly anyone at this and the food was awful. We were there for over and hour and an half. All of it except my son’s chicken was not even luke warm. My steamed broccoli was still crunchy. She got some more and it was a grayish- brown on the ends and smelled bad. The biscuits were good. Our waters were never refilled or even topped off. When I checked out the lady asked if our food was good, she said ok, well I am sorry about. And checked us out. A table behind us got there food and it must have been bad because they didn’t eat it they just left. Worst CB I have ever been too. I see now why no one was there.Vegetarian options: They had salad.

Order meals 2 weeks early. Pick up time was 12noon. Food was not ready until 12:40 and when we got it home it was incorrect. Left a $33 tip on prepay. Submitted email to cracker barrel. Received a canned email back. No discussion of issue.

I love Cracker Barrel been going to the Donelsin and Lebanon and Mount Juliet stores for over 30 years I love the new makeover Donelson it is exquisite so open and airy just a bright store I'm glad you got rid of all those antiques with their dirty droppings!
I spent $40 on a take out order. I should’ve checked the order but I didn’t and when I got home part of it was missing. I called them and the girl that answered would not even listen to me she just transferred which I was on hold for an 45 minutes before I got disconnected on their end and called back only to be on hold another 20 minutes before finally hanging up. I’m not bashing bcs overall I’ve like this place but getting take out from there I would not recommend. If they want to better their store then you improve customer service. Overall the lack of ANYTHING from the person who answered each time I called was terrible. She only would say let me get a manager and that manager never came. I am mostly a nice person but let me tell ya, it’s probably good the manager didn’t answer bcs after all of that I was beyond pissed! If you order take out CHECK THE ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE lol my lesson learned
