The cashier was very friendly and helpful. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Our food was brought to us at our table. The restaurant was clean. The manager greeted us and made sure we were happy and had what we needed. I recommend this location to everyone.

the worker was mean and nosy and rude.he showed no emotion while waiting on us. He interjected himself in a private conversation and being very unprofessional.also the building was filthy dirty.The floors and tables probably haven't been cleaned in years.the lighting was awful and just felt like a dirt scratchy gas station.DO NOT GO HERE

The best ice cream cake and customer service! I needed a last minute cake for a Valentine’s party and the staff at DQ went above and beyond. The customer service was incredible, Josh and Destiny upfront were great and able to get me an Oreo blizzard cake for my party. I was able to grab the cake and go straight to my party! The cake was a hit! The cake has a crunchy chocolate cookie crust with fudge topped with Oreo ice cream, it’s amazing!! As well, the heart shape was adorable. I received so many comments on the cake, and people were shocked to know it was a DQ Cake! Highly recommend this DQ!!

Revisiting Nashville decided to stop at a nostalgic Dari Queen nearby our hotel. BIG MISTAKE. I’m a local travel agent. Do not come here service is terrible “manager” doesn’t wash hands. This is outrageous! I asked nicely due to my allergies and she got an attitude with my husband. I understand you are a franchise but treat your loyal customers with respect. We left and right won’t come back to this location. I will gladly drive 20minutes to another location nearby.

I couldn’t ask for their names because they were so busy! WOW! The food was also very fresh and warm. So delicious. I hope Dairy Queen realizes the team they are here is exceptional. The girl who worked the counter Destiny is so nice and everything was running smooth. Blizzard was perfect and so was the food! Joshua was great also. He brought my food to my table! Parking was no problem at lunch time. Good Dairy Queen!
