I rarely review in general and almost never review fast food, but came in for dine-in tonight and was pleasantly pleased to see that the quality of food (burgers especially) have not dropped like most fast food places have in recent years. They also served the food incredibly fast and the staff was very friendly. Thank you for a great meal! ?Kid-friendliness: Very unlikely to find a kid who doesn't like ice cream ?

We went through the drive through and were told their system was down. As we were driving around the building we see a customer walk out with their order. We ask if there was any trouble placing her order and she replied "No" and proceded to tell us they were cursing when she walked in and giggled when she ordered. She also mentioned they were talking trash about the people in the drive through (us). This bad service is becoming too frequent in fast food restaurants, I won't be driving out wasting my time hoping to be serviced in the future.
This DQ (Dairy Queen) is by far the best and the cashier/front-end person is the GREATEST & MOST EXCELLENT I have seen in a very long time!!!! (I just hope she's the one signed in on the register, she deserves credit for excellency at performing her position!!!)Also, you can see on the receipt that each person's meal cost $7.00 each.Parking: Plenty of parking, handicap parking available. Best perk, easy access to a redlight to get back on Hwy 70 to jump back on Insterstate 40 (I40/ I-40).Wheelchair accessibility: Could use some patching just where you go up to sidewalk; that little pothole could be a hazard to any pedestrian, especially vision impaired & walker assist (which both my parents are & that spot caused fear to me that one if not both my parents would be injured.

she was taking my order and was so rude when i asked a question she sounded older when i got to the window she was, with glasses slammed the window in my face when she gave me my change and was just so rude never coming again. All over me asking a question. it’s not like the meal was any good cold fries cold burger i would have asked for a refund if i didn’t wanna argue with her. i respect people. If you’re gonna be in a food business realize it’s not always pretty. I am a manger at chilis she would have been fired with that attitude.

My GF and I have given this DQ enough rope and they keep hanging themselves. Inside is never an option here, always closed - last four times. However, we've had as much trouble with the drive-thru. On the last three occasions they were closed early twice and out of ice cream a third time. Detour to the DQ on hwy 100 is highly recommended. They have their s--- together.
