After my trip to Italy, I had to find a place that serves pizza the Italian way. Well, DeSano is the place. The crust on their pizza is thin and chewy with a crispy edge. The toppings are fresh and made with mouth watering toppings. You must try the pistachio cannoli, a delightful treat. I had to eat a slice of the pizza prior to taking pictures. I frequent the Bellevue location.

This is the only place I recommend in Nashville And it's surrounding areas I like getting the DOP 12-in It's fantastic and the meatballs are amazing just like Nonna's I can tell you as an Italian American I've never like meatballs outside from an Italian restaurant or a pizza joint but this place is phenomenal. I met mossimo in desano he's an Italian pizza chef He's from Naples Italy where my father comes from he makes this place run amazing, You can tell you get the taste of Italy in there for sure I'm from New York City I am from Brooklyn and Staten Island I've tasted some of the best pizza, And I have to say I am not a general Neapolitan pizza fan but at this place it's amazing. check it out Your definitely not going to find anything better in Nashville anywhere. Love at first bite. Best pizza we’ve had to date and we’re pizza lovers. Dough is soft and delicious. Place is clean, big with plenty of free parking. Staff is fast and friendly. We’ll be coming here every time we’re in Nashville. We’re so glad we found this spot.

The first time I went I would have rated this place 5 stars all around but my 2nd visit we had to wait 15 minutes in the empty front room to put our order in.In addition to that the no half/half and no substitutions also means no additions and that really just sucks.

The best pizza I have ever had in my life!!!! Tried for the first time today....and it is HEAVEN. The staff is great the pizza is fantastic and ROB was absolutely wonderful! He let me watch the process , was very informative and just all around absolutely awesome!!!!! He is the epitome of amazing experience, customer service and epicness!!! He is amazing! And he definitely deserves a raise and praise because he definitely deserves it ! I will DEFINITELY be back every time I'm in Nashville!

We got the Pig and traditional Margarita pizza. They have a cool toppings bar that really helped enhance the pizza. Food is fast and so good and their team was very helpful and polite. 2 pizzas for under $40 fed 4 hungry adults and one starved toddler!

We've been coming here since they opened. The pizza is still great - five stars. Simply amazing flavor and freshness.Service: It's counter order with a refrigerator to grab drinks yourself. The cooks deliver the pizza to the table and they have a person who clears the tables. Sort of a fast-casual approach. All employees were pleasant enough.Atmosphere: It has gone downhill since they originally opened. It used to feel clean and bright. Now, the lighting has faded and it's feeling a bit run-down. In particular the bathroom fixtures are tarnished and dirty. Both soap dispensers have been broken for a while. they have the mechanical part of the dispensers sitting out so you can get awkwardly get soap. The paper towel dispensers were also broken. Again, there were paper towel rolls just laying out, so you could awkwardly tear off some from the roll that was partially wet from other people tearing it off the same way.Overall, we'll keep coming back for the pizza, but hope the atmosphere can be improved.Vegetarian options: Simple dough, tomato sauce, and cheese with plenty of vegetable toppings are available. We also love the Bianca pizza - so good!Parking: Free parking is adjacent to the building.Kid-friendliness: Long bench tables with a fun view of the pizza making and baking. They'll also give kids a piece of dough to play with.

Best pizza in Nashville, quite possibly the best in Tennessee. Super high quality ingredients, friendly staff, and fast service. Seating set up is a bit reminiscent of a school cafeteria, but trust me once you take a bite of whatever pizza you order, you won't care where you are. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back as much as possibleParking: Free private lot that's well maintained and well lit. What more could you ask for.
