Had a few decent meals here. The last order however, I had lava cakes. The one in the middle was smushed down with white smear across it. It looked like somebody played in it. I called and requested the manager (some kid) and he says “oh yeah, I dropped the shaker on it but the food was perfectly fine, I promise no one played in it”. Very bad experience. Food was cold, missing food very late delivery . Sent a coupon and coupon didn't work.....The lady dropped our food in front of our door , the store associate was very rude on the phone. This is unacceptable

Pizza tasted fine but who cut this thing? I had pieces that were 6 inches long and pieces 2 inches long and some weren't cu at all! I ordered for delivery at 10:25 pm and it was delivered at about 11:05. Some pieces were on top of each other and all over the box. Tasted good
