Pizza is pretty good. We ordered the Serious Meat Pizza. Loved it. Also had the boneless teriyaki wings. Good not great but will definitely try them again.

There’s no where to park except for paid spots, I scheduled my delivery ahead of time so I could quickly go in and grab my pizza without having to pay. They were 15 minutes late and I ended up getting ticketed. There was also another person there waiting for their order before I got there who was still waiting when I left. The restaurant was completely empty and at least 4 workers in the back so not sure how or why this happened.

I worked at the Atlanta location before I moved back to Tennessee and have been looking forward to coming here. I was not disappointed. The food and staff are amazing will be going back everytime I can when I go to Nashville.

I requested plates and napkins, none were included. I requested delivery to my hotel room, had to go to lobby to meet delivery. Pizza was cold when I finally got it to my room. Somehow $7 extra besides tip and fees was added to my charges.

With the crazy weather and most restaurants closed, Sam Reckhart and his team did an excellent job. Due to staffing we had to order pizzas for our staff and guests. We ordered 90 pizzas and every single one was hot, fresh, delicious and ready ON TIME! Thanks Donatos, we are customers forever!
