Customer service was the absolute worst I’ve seen in long time, treated me like I wasn’t spending my money there, had an attitude then went to the back to talk about me and other customers who were complaining about them being rude! This is the worst location in Nashville!!

Mobile order, drinks and donuts came right out. Staff didn't make the rest of our order. Pick up turned into 20 minute wait. This would have been longer if I didn't ask about the order.
Had a craving and ordered Donuts from this store. Had the Doordash Driver call me to tell me they were out of donuts... AGAIN. Usually I would let it go… but this was the SECOND time, out of the ONLY 2 times I have ever ordered from there. I would even understand if I ordered them late, but each time was around 5PM. Maybe corporate should rethink the name - because at this point they aren’t even Dunkin’ ??

This location is in a rough area. The employees were great. Working fast and super nice. They were out of most of their donuts when we went by around 10. They have a drive thru that was super busy.
