I picked up a to go order from ESP in honor of National pho day. They were having a deal for $8.88 for their chicken pho. Since I had been eyeing it for a while, I decided to give it a try. A few things to note about this place:- Parking is incredibly tight.- This is a serving counter. East Side Pho, (“ESP”), was everything we wanted and more! Gracie is doing everything from scratch and left us desperate for more.The taro and banana caramel boba were surprisingly good (again, from scratch). So many GF options. Ordered this for delivery after searching for a pho place that would come to me for a long while. I just got the beef pho and the shrimp/pork dumplings. Plus all the fixings. It was incredible, well seasoned and delicious! The pickled onions were a great addition too. And THE CHILI OIL!! It’s not crazy spicy which I enjoy but it’s super flavorful and garlicky. 10/10!
