This is the first time I am posting a bad review for ANY business. I placed an online order from California for a dear friend who was moving/driving from Cali to Nashville. Eastwood had great reviews, a good menu, and is located close to my friend's new home. Received confirmation electronically and verbally for the order and delivery address. The day of delivery, Eastwood decided not to deliver because I did not answer my phone to confirm the delivery address a 3rd time. The person I spoke to was rude and only wanted to argue and blame me. Although Eastwood refunded my money, I would not recommend them due to the poor customer service.

"Eastside Deli is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in, you're greeted with the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked bread and sizzling meats. Let's talk about their Ruben sandwich – it's a masterpiece of flavor and texture. Each bite is a symphony of savory goodness that will leave your taste buds dancing with delight. And don't even get me started on their Fiesta Chicken sandwich – it's a fiesta in your mouth! The combination of flavors is nothing short of sensational, with each bite delivering a burst of culinary magic.Whether you're craving the classic comfort of a Ruben sandwich or the vibrant flavors of a Fiesta Chicken sandwich, Eastside Deli delivers excellence with every bite. Trust me, once you've experienced the culinary magic of their sandwiches, you'll be hooked for life!"

Unfortunately, I'm going to have say I would not recommend this place, at least not for lunch. I went there twice, 1st time had the Riverside Rueben, 2nd time I had the Fiesta chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches were extremely bland. Keep in mind that both these sandwiches should be some of the most flavorful sandwiches a person can get. I haven't tried any of their breakfast foods but the complete lack of flavor in these sandwiches is enough of a reason for me to not go back. Aside from that, the service, the atmosphere, and everything else was great. Sorry Eastwood Deli. ?

What a cute family own business. Their sandwiches were delicious. We had the pastrami as well as the chicken salad sandwich. We recently moved into this side of town and we love it especially for places like this. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

First off - really love the owners and management staff. They’re always so incredibly polite and helpful when I go in.I’m a big breakfast fan of this place. Love their homemade English muffins. Highly recco you take advantage of that plus their homemade cured Canadian bacon and recreate a McDonalds Egg McMuffin here…. Trrrrrrrrrrrust me!Oh - and the prices are reasonable. And the choco chip cookie to die for.

Excellent and friendly service. The owners really know how to curate a great menu and an even more incredible team. I grab breakfast there at least once a week, the quiche specifically is divine.

Eastwood Deli is one of the few places in town where you can get truly FRESH and carefully crafted deli fare. The atmosphere is cozy, casual and makes you feel at home. My experience at Eastwood is always one of comfort and delight! And on top of all of that, this small business makes the extraordinary effort to use compostable packaging, recycle and compost all of their food scraps. I return weekly at least.

Sandwich was not good. Flavorless, poorly presented and counter staff has questionable sanitation etiquette when handling food products. Hand washing is not a standard.

Hidden gem of East Nashville, perfect place to get a BANGER sandwich. The people who run it are always super nice and welcoming. I like to get the Fiesta Chicken and add pimento cheese with a side of their potatoes. It's to die for . I've also had their Reuben, Chapel Ave Chicken, and Boscoe Bird and all of them are phenomenal. You can't go wrong with any sandwich on the list.
