Recommended dishes: Chocolate Budino, Chicken Parm

You should go there just for Sarah. She was funny, personable, and attentive! Some of the best service we've had in Nashville. Food was pretty good.. a little on the pricey side but that's to be expected for dining out in that touristy area. We'll be back for the lemon chicken!

Don’t go! Don’t go! Service was good. However the food was bad very bad. 5 people in our party and only 1 person liked their food. Waste of time. This place should not be called authentic Italian food. One person had the chicken parm with fries. Stay away.

Incredible experience at Ella's!!! Food was so so good. We got the potato croquettes (10/10), Chicken Limon (10/10), Chicken Parm w fries (10/10), Spicy Pasta (10/10)!!!!! So so yummy. Only complaint is the margarita was super tart & sour - my friend couldn't finish it. Our waitress, Sarah, was so kind, attentive, & gave us great Nashville recommendations! 100% recommend & would love to go back!!!

The fried meatballs? Well, they were a bit of a letdown. Dry and tough, like they had spent too much time in the fryer. Onto the chicken parm, which was a major flop. Overcooked to the point of needing a chainsaw to slice through. The crispy chicken limone? Tender, but lacked that crispy punch and begged for a sprinkle of salt. Now, onto a saving grace - the potato croquette. Not bad, just needed a bit of a flavor boost. But dessert, oh dessert! The chocolate budino redeemed the meal. Think dense chocolate mousse meets heavenly raspberry sauce. This dish was a standout winner, the only thing I'd happily reorder.Moving on to the vibe, Ella's offers a sleek, modern Italian setting with light hues and an open kitchen, adding to the dining experience.Props to the staff for being pleasant and quick on their feet, especially accommodating my tight concert schedule. Overall, Ella's has potential, but could use a little love in the kitchen to match its charming ambience.

Everything about this place was cool. Nice vibe, low key and classy. Food was excellent and our waitress, Sarah was stellar!! I had the chicken parm- so good. Everything from scratch

Food was a big disappointment. Chicken ragou was bland and Caesar salad with chicken uninspired. Even the iced tea was a failure, being so weak. Service was uneven.

Great food. Awful service and it was a fairly empty restaurant. Our drinks came only with the food, allegedly because they had to get the wine, but it was the wrong wine. It went downhill from there. Waitress avoided us while fawning over a nearby table. They need new help.

Food was really not good. Salad was soggy and had basically no meat, and chicken sandwich was rubbery and missing half of what was supposed to be on it. like very very small pieces of prosciutto, like one pepperoni slice total. Almost comically small amount of prosciutto.Chicken sandwich was obviously not cooked at that time and was like rubber, did not have any pesto as advertised, cheese was not even melted really. For the cost this is extremely disappointing. Would not go back even if it was not expensive. Really just not good food. We stopped eating half way through. The fries were alright.Edit: they comped the food because the salad was literally grossly soggy like it had sat for a while, and the sandwich also did not have pesto or other stuff it advertised on it. no spices or pesto or anything on the sandwich, they just forgot I guess?…Service was fine, waiter was very polite, but really not good food at all.Really appreciate that they comped it, but it’s very disappointing to go spend your time on vacation and would’ve spent money if they had not comped it because of the obvious issues with the food.My wife is now not feeling well because of the soggy salad, so we are sitting in the hotel now instead of being out on vacation.I would not recommend it.

Savana was amazing ! She has a gift all servers should examplfiy. The way she explained the menu, drinks- meals desserts and after dinner drinks was over the top ! We loved our experience

Food was good. I had the strip steak, wife had the salmon. Nothing to write home about, but was definitely better than average. Cocktails were probably the highlight. Their margaritas and old fashioned were definitely up there with some of the best we've had. Service was impeccable. Highly recommend the visit.

Everything was perfect. Our waitress Savannah was extremely helpful with the food choices and really made sure we didn't need for anything without being overbearing. We will be back to dine again soon.
