The food is good and the staff is nice, and I love having something close to the house like this, but the owners refuse to be considerate of the neighbors and consistently have extremely loud live events that we can hear down the street inside our home. After multiple visits from metro PD, repeated noise complaints to the city and meetings/requests to find a solution from the brewery, they simply continue to have events that are very disruptive and ignore the multitude of neighbors who have been bothered and filed noise ordinance complaints.As a professional audio engineer and musician, I’m the last person to misrepresent sound decibel levels and have issues with music and outdoor speakers and events. But this is a wildly unreasonable degree of volume and is extremely disruptive in our home and the homes of every single person within several hundred feet in any direction.For a brewery/restaurant to choose to operate in a neighborhood with families, and then decide to act as a live event venue - is outright disrespectful to the people who bought homes here and want to enjoy their afternoons and nights without feeling bass and hearing speakers clearly inside their walls.They are simply not being good stewards of families in the neighborhood regarding their presence and sheer volume on the patio and in the event space. Until this issue is resolved or made to be more respectful of the area they chose to plant their business, I simply cannot support them.

Just had brunch at the reserve and fat bottom and it was a great addition to the neighborhood.The service and food were excellent. We look forward to coming back in the future on Sundays for bunch.

I ate at the Fat Bottom Brewery #0154 Paradies Lagardere at the Nashville, TN airport on 4.29.24.... Huge mistake. I ended up with food poisoning. I ordered chicken tenders with fries. When served they both smelled horrible and were so dark brown they looked burnt, not golden and fresh. Not even sure they were fully cooked. I'm not sure if the oil in the fryer had ever been changed or if they even know this is something that needs done regularly. I ate some but not all as they were not good tasting. I tried to get the attention of the waitress, but she was as bad as the food. I finally had to go chase her down to get me bill... This place needs shut down until management can run a safe healthy place to eat

Ahhhhh today was my second time here. The first time I came with my bf everything went smooth. The second Time I came, I came alone. When I first got here, I was uncomfortable. I said I came to my order so I went back inside place the order there was an issue took care of for me, but every time I want to order something it just so and then I don’t don’t wanna say was because I was black I don’t know why I miss the same treatment but then again I was alone I’m a female I didn’t have my boyfriend with me so I don’t know what it was. I get this place 3/10. Don’t know if I’ll be back here ?But thanks for trying Amy ! ?

Went there on a Saturday and they were having power issues. The owner was there dealing with it and gave us free beer since they weren’t technically open. Gave us 4 beers and 3 different IPAs. Absolutely fantastic and the service was great. Dog friend patio.

Our only complaint is that we made a brunch reservation for 1:00pm. When we arrived they told us they had stopped brunch early. This was disappointing as it was our first visit but Kimberly was awesome and provide excellcent customer service. We will be making earlier brunch reservations in the future.

We had our family Easter brunch here today; 5 adults and 4 children. There was something for everyone. The buffet had so many delicious options, from the custom omelettes, carving station, kids buffet, and of course delicious breakfast options including thick cut bacon, home made biscuits, and surprisingly light, fluffy scrambled eggs. The staff was very friendly and attentive, even offering samples of a selection of specialty beers. Highly recommend!
