I’ve been coming here since i was a kid and it’s one of the few restaurants to stay consistent with food quality. Great pizza and spicy pasta. Staff is always nice. Just make sure you get everything on your order, i left a few times to get home and realize i didn’t get a few things. But other than that i love this restaurant

Food was great! Staff was very kind and cared, especially Angie who took our order and checked on us often. She gave wonderful customer service! My 4yr old granddaughter told Angie she was an angel for bringing us all this delicious food!!! We will keep coming back due to the wonderful experience with the service and food!!!

They are SO AMAZING! It's like OG without the salad of course, but without the prices either!!!
Ask for meat sauce on my spaghetti and got marinara. Then over charged for the six dollar lunch meal. They charged me 7.00 then taxes. I will never go back to the fazolis in Rivergate area. Very unhappy ?

Christy and Nikki deserve raises. Bless thier hearts. I tried to pickup my online order through the drive through but I was early. So I pulled around and waited. I decided to go in because the drive through had several people in by the time it was my pickup time.Those ladies were absolutely slammed. They had a line in the drive thru and a line almost out the front door. But they greeted every customer with a smile, they apologized for the wait, they were patient with indecisive customers and never showed an ounce of their stress to thier customers.Amazing customer service. Keep up the great work ladies. You are what customer service should be.

I asked to exchange my lasagna for another spaghetti because of the way the inside was . The bread stick lady tried to explain, but I wasn't impressed and still requested another spaghetti. I got the pick two items and drink. The only thing I enjoyed was the bread sticks and soda. I will not return.

The Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo is disgusting,I wanted to like this restaurant really bad because the prices are more affordable than Olive Garden but unfortunately I can’t lie…it’s nasty!! The Alfredo sauce is watery and thin.The dish is really bland.The pasta itself is over cooked and resembles the taste of dish water! The chicken and shrimp was extremely over cooked shrunken,dry and chewy! If you have a craving for Alfredo I would suggest going to the store getting the items to make this dish at home or simply going to Olive Garden.
