Always have a great experience here, friendly staff and food is always excellent. Our only issue is that the gift card machine has been down for over a year - this is the only firehouse in our area, we love to frequent here but it is frustrating we have inquired many times about a timeframe for getting that fixed so we are able to enjoy our gift cards. Would really love for this to be seen by someone and hopefully fixed soon!

I just wanted to thank you for the Gluten free bread> I have Celiac and I have a hard time finding places that carry it and the one you have is one of the best I have had. Also, this store on Thompson Lane in Nashville, TN has been out of it for going on 4 weeks I just wanted to request that you please order and get some in soon!! This time they hit the mark softer than soft bread made with care and sooooooooo good they deserve the best score I can give. We had two hook & ladder subs ( girlfriends favorite). I had the steak n cheese. amazing !!!

I've been kind of on a Firehouse kick since moving to the area. I've ordered take out from this location quite a few times over the past few months, and the sandwiches are great. My only complaint is if I decide to customize and add additional items to the sandwich (for additional money), it's always hit or miss on if I actually get those additional add-ons added to the sandwich. It's frustrating when you are paying more for something and not getting it.

Store hours say they are open till 9. I drove over cause I wanted firehouse only to get there at 845 and they were already locked up and just halfway done closing the store. Don't post hours that your not going to keep. I think
