Update: Read the reply to my review and see why you should bypass this location.I visit here when I come to town. I arrived 5 minutes before they opened. When it was time to open, I tried the door, and it was still locked. It was 3 minutes past opening time, and the customers were still waiting, so I called and asked what time they opened. He said the time, and I said OK and hung up. 5 minutes past the opening time, I called and said we are waiting outside and no one has unlocked the door. He said we would open in a couple of minutes. 3 more minutes went by and I walk back up to the door and the manager comes unlocks one side, holds it cracked opened and reaches down and unlocks the other side and let's the door slam shut and walks away from us standing there. So I turned around and got in my car and left and stopped at the one in Smyrna. It's a shame that some employees will make the entire establishment look bad with the way they treat paying, waiting customers.

Delicious as always. Extra special as one of their team members, Karl, swung by my table to ask about the food and the experience. Extremely nice guy and showed true pride in his work and in his company. This is not common place anymore. Thanks for the great lunch, team, and the nice conversation, Karl!

The bathroom was extremely gross. And neglected . There was an employee eating out of one of the containers they would have served a side from. Which may not be whatever but as a customer, eating, the same thing this employee was eating out of the container. Just threw me off. Maybe they need a break room. Just assuming there wasn't one due to what I saw.

Hands down worst firehouse subs franchise in history. I ordered online and used the modification option to ensure the sub is cooked how I want. I asked for extra toasted bread, and even went in to speak to a team member requesting the bread be extra extra toasted, because I like the bread crispy. I also, in addition to putting it in my online modification, asked for extra salt and pepper. Well ladies and gentlemen either the employees don’t read thoroughly or they just don’t care because neither of those requests were answered. The sub tastes bland, lifeless if you will. I counted a total of 8 green peppers on the sub, and abt 6 banana peppers. If you want a sub prepared just how you asked by non stingy employees, try a different location. Especially if you actually want cheese on your sub, because quite frankly I can’t taste it either. Oh and don’t bother trying to write corporate and get in touch with a manager because they don’t care either. It’s frustrating, they ask for patience while you wait but it seems the customer can’t ask for quality meal preparedness while also being patient. 2/10 recommendation. Spend your money at a different location or business all together.

I went into this location today. I ordered my food.And it seemed like something was missing when I opened up my sandwich. The meat was literally cut in half, mostly bread and no lettuce, and a piece of tomato. I will not come back to this location. FIREHOUSE SUBS IS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT.

We stood there for more than 30mons there were a lot of cars in the queue around 8pm and we had to drive to the window and saw them talking in a group as if nothing was going on for one of them to tell us that we are closed . I eas like how which means they were just in there to allow time to go without working we left to the hermitage even at 9:30pm they served as . This old hickory macdonald have lazy workers the CEO has to be up in doing else lazy workers who don't show seriousness or care less about the job will run that part of macdonalds down.

This place off the rip got noted because I walked in with a friend. We both had to use the restroom and wash our hands. The confusion at the order line/ checkout area was blocking any movement to the back of the store. Now once I got to the bathroom I initially thought yuk but then I realized the bathroom was actually boss. It may look a little messy but look at the pic, it has everything that you could need in a public restroom including spray bleach solution to clean the surfaces you need to touch..it was actually impressive. The portions are small but very good. The employee handling the delivery orders to door dash and uber was very unpleasant and so was the woman checking us out. Wasn't bad but there are much better Firehouse Subs..Parking: Parking looks ample but at peak times for different businesses it gets packed. And although the area is not horrible, always lock your doors in Hermitage

Food was good! But the service is better!! Everyone there was kind and helpful and I ordered my food online and it was even ready a couple minutes before the time I was told. But I would like to give a shout out to the older gentleman that was working today, I didn't catch his name, but y'all need to keep him around!He made me smile when I've been having a horrible day and that to me means he cares about every person who comes in there. I will return because of the service and good food!

There were four people working but only one was making sandwiches even though it was busy. I asked if she was the only one working and she said no but she had them working on cleaning at 7:00! That's ridiculous!! Take care of your customers!
