If I could give them 100/100 stars, I would. They catered our wedding, at the Estelle this past weekend and it was absolutely magical. They went above and beyond in making sure that our food was perfect. We didn't hear a single complaint from any of our guests... they all loved the food. YOU MUST TRY the lobster grilled cheese with truffle. It's to die for. The filets were cooked perfectly, and the food in general was just tremendous. We are so pleased with them and they deserve everything. Thank you!

Just incredible! .... such wonderful food that was beautifully presented. Maryanna and her team at Flavor did a wonderful job catering our daughter's recent wedding for 200. From the strawberry field salad to the bite size desserts, it was all delicious! The flank steak was my personal favorite! Heard several people raving about the gouda mac and cheese! (We are all kids at heart!) The bar staff and the servers were all very professional, and moved seemlessly throughout the crowd passing appetizers and filling wine glasses! Can't recommend Flavor enough. Thanks to the cooks, the servers and all!
We can’t begin to say enough good things about Flavor! We just wrapped up our daughter’s wedding and the food and service was absolutely amazing! From the hand passed hors d’oeuvres to the dinner to the bar to the late night snacks…everything was flawless. Maryanna was fantastic, thorough, easy to work with and left no detail untouched. It was an event for 280 people and everyone felt like their meal was prepared just for them. Kids meals, gluten free, vegan…no problem, they’ve got it covered! You need a caterer? Call them, we highly recommend!

I've been to a lot of events in my lifetime and Flavor has provided the best food hands down. When you think of a very large wedding or gala, gourmet food does not come to mind. In fact, the food is usually not memorable at all. However, I've attended 2 fundraising galas for Davis House Child Advocacy center catered by Flavor and not only was the food amazing, so was the presentation. So much so that, for the first time ever, I asked who catered it. They're gourmet magicians, truly. They've also catered small meetings and were amazing but to do such an outstanding with a group of 350 is no small feat! I highly recommend them. I wish I had thought to take pictures for my review but I just had a friend ask if I could recommend a catering company and figured I would leave a review while I was thinking about them.On a more personal note, I help coordinate the Button Ball and brought my daughter this year. She really enjoyed the passed apps beforehand but the main food was a little too gourmet for her. I pulled a server aside and she rustled some more apps for my daughter. That was a...night saver. Nothing worse than a hangry child! Thanks Flavor!

Flavor was all around FANTASTIC for my October 2022 wedding! The wedding was fully outside under a tent about 45 minutes outside the city but just because it was a "backyard" wedding we still wanted it to be elegant, chic, and of course have incredible food, which did not disappoint. Numerous guests told me it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. Our Nashville hot chicken late night snack got rave reviews, the passed apps were personally my favorite part, and the plated seated dinner was high quality and delicious. Maryanna is so great to work with, especially since we had more logistics than most with a fully outdoor remote wedding, and the entire 20+ person crew the day of my event were awesome. The whole process was fun and a breeze, thank you Maryanna + Flavor crew!!

When we told our guests that our wedding buffet was entirely vegan and the hors d'oeuvres were entirely vegetarian, we admittedly got some luekwarm reactions. By the end of the night, we very literally had friends who told us they were going to try and replicate the tofu crab cakes with cajun remoulade because they were so delicious. When we made our rounds after eating, someone at nearly every table brought up how good the food was. It may have been a surprise to some of the guests, but it wasn't to us.When we first reached out to Flavor, we weren't sure what to expect. We knew we wanted an entirely vegetarian menu, and it was important to us that there were vegan options for guests as well. Mary Nell responded to our inquiry and assured us that it wouldn't be a problem and, after asking a few questions about what we liked, scheduled a tasting for us. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the menu she put together blew us away. She made it clear to us that we could make adjustments if we wanted, but I can't remember a single thing we changed about our menu after the tasting.In addition to the food being highly customizable and incredibly tasty, Flavor took special care for several of our guests who had food allergies. They made sure everything was prepared in dedicated spaces so that those with allergies could eat, and even prepared Gluten Free versions of the meal for some of our guests who have Celiac.Flavor also provided bartenders, who mastered four separate signature drinks that we wanted to have, and even sourced fresh cranberries and thyme as garnish for two of them. They worked alongside our planner to make sure our final numbers were accurate and the proper number of allergen-specific meals were made, and everything ended up working out perfectly.We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Flavor catering, and are especially thankful to Mary Nell for always being available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and for being so knowledgeable not only about the food offerings, but also about what alcohol we needed to order for the bartenders. We highly recommend Flavor to anyone in need of catering for an event, especially weddings.
