This is a solid 4.5/5 place and the only reason I didn’t go with 5/5 was service. The staff is a bit cold and you do have to place an order yourself (at peak hours, be ready to stand in a long line that goes all the way to Kisser restaurant). However, once you successfully place an order and are able to find a table for yourself — it’s all uphill from there because the food is outstanding. You’ll crave for their vegetarian options as well once you leave the place because everything is so flavorful and delicious - specially their winter quinoa bowl. I’ve already had it like 4 times since the first time I ate it and I’m still not bored of it.Their coffee is as solid as you’d expect a coffee shop that only sells coffee and pastries, to brew. I’ve gone back there only to pick up coffee to-go.Another plus to this complex, is that they have a huge parking lot and you don’t have to worry about finding street parking. There’re so many great businesses around so you can extend your brunch and grab an early drink at Golden Pony afterwards as well or shop at Garage Sale and grab a drink there. They do have an outdoor area as well as extra seating and I’ve seen them at 100% capacity on Saturdays and Sundays during brunch hours.I’m absolutely thrilled to have this cafe open in my neighborhood and frequently like to go there.

Loved this place! We were waiting for a table for lunch and this place is across the hall. I got a matcha latte.... never had matcha before. I ordered mine unsweetened with oat milk and it was DELICIOUS. We had everything bagels...not sure who bakes them but the "everything" was a lot of yummy flavors. I'd love to go back and try more of their offerings. The place is bright and airy with a nice vibe.

Flora and Fauna is more than just a coffee shop; it's a gem in the heart of East Nashville. Walking in, you're immediately greeted by a service staff that makes you feel like family. The creativity in their drinks menu is a delightful surprise every visit, offering a perfect blend of classic and innovative choices. And let's talk about the pancakes – they are a must-try! Fluffy, flavorful, and simply irresistible, they're worth indulging in any day of the week. This place is a testament to what makes East Nashville's community so special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch brunch experience!

I ordered pickup here today for breakfast. I had the sweet heat breakfast sandwich. It’s probably one of my top 5 breakfast sandwiches; the iced americano was great as well!

Stopped in for a quick bite and it didn't disappoint. I ordered the Delicata Squash Salad. It was quick, tasty, and filling. The staff was pleasant and the space was open and airy.

Stopped by for a drink with my partner. I wanted to get something that was not too sweet and once I saw the matcha mash on the menu, I knew I had found it. The person at the counter was very helpful in explaining the different size options available based on the drinks we were looking for. They even gave us a recommendation. My partner liked the butterfly chai latte. If I was in the mood for a chai, I would probably get that. They have space for you to sit down where they will bring your items to you. They even serve brunch. I'll have to visit again to get the brunch experience. Overall good drinks

The latte I had was really rich and smooth! The shop is located inside of a little duplex arrangement of shops and location is pretty convenient. The shop itself had a nice atmosphere but seemed like it would be a bit too noisy for a study spot, but the emphasis on plants were great. Great spot to hang out over coffee.

Great coffee and bagel sandwiches. It gets pretty busy on the weekends but the line moves fast and the staff is amazing.

The food was great and super quick, very delicious! Service was great, it is just a walk up counter but there are still employees walking around to clear plates which is nice! The ambiance was super cute but also really small tables so it's kind of hard to have a private conversation because they are so close together. The other thing to note is the coffee is SUPER strong! I drink a lot of coffee and I left incredibly jittery, which isn't a problem but it's definitely alarming if you're not expecting it!

I like the food, the location and the coffeeBut the whole we discriminate against people with disabilities and dont allow service animals. Ill spend my money somewhere else on a daily basis.
