Now I know every situation has a reason for poor service, but I can not figure this one out. Not only were they understaffed, it took forever and my order was not close even after trying two more times. Homeless asking for money inside the restaurant and a very sketchy area. I would avoid at all costs. Beware!
we ordered at the Kiosk and was instructed to take a table tent with a number and wait at a table. They were NEVER going to bring our order to the table as was advertised ALL over the restaurant. Everything in the place was sticky - YUCK! Everything was cooked in very old dirty oil! We had to get wipes from our car and clean the table. the buns were extremely tough. This area must have better choices. There were numerous hand sanitizer dispensers. ALL of them were empty, and sticky....read full review
OK my husband went through the drive thru there and got my coffee and they of course get it wrong every day but today when he asked for the sugar he told them he need and she did give she Throw them in his face ...that is assault it was the short Mexican lady who is a Manger
