No frills bangin’ cheeseburger place! I don’t know what black magic they do to get their fries simultaneously THICK and MEGA CRUNCHY but I got hooked from the first bite. Hot chicken was pretty decent too!

Best fries in Nashville—my favorite fries of all time. They are cut and brined in-house and come served in a heaping mountain. They’re cut like steak fries, about 3/8 to half inch thick and can be as long as 7-8 inches. They’re skin-on which gives them more structure and opportunity to be insanely crunchy. Solid, old-school, burgers. The beef is locally sourced from Bear Creek Farms. The buns are pillowy soft, toasted, and have enough structure to not disintegrate like cheap burger buns. The owner, Steve, is rad, too.Vegetarian options: Impossible burger and some other optionsWheelchair accessibility: Ramp is the only access to restaurant.
I hate giving a place a bad review, especially a restaurant we order from often, but the veggie burger was poor quality, and the apathy of the staff was disheartening. The veggie patty was flavorless and smashed down to nearly the thickness of the very quinoa it was made of. My veggie burger patty was so thin it had holes pressed through it. When I showed the staff the quality of the patty they said that's how they always make the veggie burgers and no one has ever complained. They did make make me a new burger, and the fries were still good like usual, but honestly I wish I took the refund instead. If this poor quality veggie patty is the new normal, I'll have to look for a new local veggie burger spot.

Service was great, we sat out side and it was really nice. The patty melt was amazing. Unfortunately I had the chicken tenders, the was like store bought frozen tenders. They was supposed to be tossed in buffalo. 1 was the other had in on one side some didn't have any on them. This is the only reason for the 3 stars. If I would have order the patty melt instead of trying a friends it would have been 5 stars. So in all go enjoy but don't order the tenders you will be disappointed but go for the burger, grilled cheese, patty melt and fries.
We stopped here randomly, we were waiting for our haircut appointment next door; and boy were we blown away! It’s a tiny “hole in the wall”, but the flavor and service were phenomenal. Nothing fancy, just your simple American style greasy burger and fries. Simple done SO right! Prices were fair too. Icing on the cake is that they source their meat from a local farm, better yet it’s grass fed!You order outside through a window, and there’s a few seats to eat outside, and a few booths inside. We will be back again. Adult, and toddler proof.

Excellent food. This is my go to every time I stop overnight on my way to Cleveland.
Easily one of my favorite burgers ever! This place is quite tasty. Their seating isn't the best. There is a tiny outdoor/porch area, but the interior is quite modest. The personnel was quite amiable. Strongly advised!

Sometimes I eat here and it's not bad, but I mostly leave disappointed and feeling like I paid too much for what I got. Yesterday I got the "Adult" grilled cheese, which was the size of a table coaster and really, pretty flavorless. The fries were good, but the grilled cheese was disappointing. The burgers are really just OK. Shulman's which is very nearby makes a far superior burger and fries for similar pricing and a larger quantity of food in a nicer atmosphere. Not going back.

The cashier was very nice, and the dining area was well-equipped, adorable, and clean. Surprisingly, the fries were the best (for that matter, the best I have had in Nashville). My partner loved the wings and I had the chicken tenders. Plenty of food, great value, wonderful customer service. A neighborhood staple.
