I ordered off doordash couldn't track my order and my order never got to my house it even said completed and ended going to the wrong location I don't recommend these people at all

Terrible customer service !!!! the man basically got on the phone and lied to me when they said rerouted on Grubhub my order for me to call back an hour later and my food is delivered to the wrong place and they told it was nothing they could do about it. The man basically gave my food to someone else without verifying with who the food was actually for. Their on Grubhub, but they deliver their own food, so basically have no way of connecting with the actual driver and you don't know this until the order is confirmed. I WOULD 0/10 recommend ordering from this whole in a wall place with these very rude people !

Never received food. Called and was told to go away. Advised I was leaving a 1 start review, the guy said, one neg review out of hundreds of positive ones dont matter.I would urge you to take your business elsewhere. No matter how good this place is, it doesn't deserve your money. Spend at a business that actually takes care of their customers and cares.

This has got to be the worst Mediterranean style food I have ever had. Ordered the Kefta kabobs, and they were burnt and had no moisture left in them. The rice was covering the salad, and the delivery driver must have let the let the bag fall over, and so everything was one big pile of mush. To top it off, ordered via Uber Eats and it was over an hour and a half late. The owner was rude and completely unhelpful. He told me twice that the driver would call me and he never did. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered through Uber eats. I had a great experience with Uber eats, and received my order early and it was correct. However, the food is disappointing to say the least. The gyro meat is odd, the rice is Spanish rice, the salad came without dressing and feta and is mainly made of onions. The tzaziki sauce is a water consistency. I've previously had authentic gyros from abroad, and have had amazing gyros from other establishments. The food here is sad, I'm not sure how it can even be advertised as it is. I will say, the pita bread is amazing. The cheesecake is pretty good, and the hummus is decent. I don't think I'll ever go back, and wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Uber eats problem here too. Don't order if you anticipate a quick order. Be aware it will take a long time. I'd like to hope they're doing their best and may be understaffed but its also unfair to those anticipating a quick selivery.

I would have given this restaurant as zero however, that wasn't an option. I placed an order through Uber eats which took over 2 hours. The delivery time gave an estimated time of 10-30 minutes. When the delivery driver finally arrived items were missing from the order, as well as, them sending the wrong gyros. When I attempted to call the restaurant the phone went directly to voicemail. Poor customer service and poor quality of food. Unless you like cold food and being charged for items you did not receive I WOULD NOT Recommend ordering from here.

Also ordered thru Uber eats. They said the order would arrive in 10-30 mins but it took an hour and a half. The gyro meat was cold and the side of Greek salad was approximately the veggie content of a Burger King whopper, with one little slice of canned black olive. I guess that's what made it Greek.
