My wife and I had a phenomenal experience celebrating our 10 yr anniversary. All of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to not only welcome us but also congratulate us.Our server Sarah did a fantastic job explaining the menu, offering suggestions, and answering any questions we had. We started with Cesar salads, my wife ordered a petite filet mignon, and I ordered the Kansas City strip which was all delicious! We also shared a side of Mac and cheese, cream corn, and broccolini. I highly recommend the Mac and the cream corn!The manager even gave us each a glass of champagne to celebrate the occasion, I believe his name was David.10/10 would definitely come back!Parking: They do offer valet parking. However we opted to park at a nearby paid lot.Wheelchair accessibility: From what I saw everything would be easily accessible.

Excellent meal, great service & atmosphere! My wife and I have eaten at Hall's in Charleston, SC & while it was good, we weren't overly impressed. Hall's in Nashville completely changed my opinion. All I can say is WOW, can't wait to dine here again.

If you normally go to texas roadhouse or somewhere similar , then you probably think this is a top notch steakhouse. However, while the service was good. The food was mediocre. Calamari was just the rings, and rubbery. Caesar salad while big, dressing and taste was off. Steak was hard to cut and chew and was clearly, either not cooked right, or a lower quality piece of meat. Lobster mac and cheese was pretty good though. All in all I won't be back, it was a drop down from a truly high end steakhouse

The food was delicious. The service was terrible. The waiter had us waiting for almost a hour. She was going to other tables around us and did not come to see if we needed anything until we had to ask the floor manager to get our waiter. It was a terrible experience.
