The location and atmosphere is great, although the band they had the night we was there could have been better .The service was just ok, our server would disappear for long periods of time, we had ordered drinks and took us around 15 mins to get them, when we did they were warm . Mind you this was just 2 draft beers nothing fancy at all.. we ordered food at the same time .. we have no problem waiting for food . Once it came both of the very over priced steaks were VERY under cooked .ordered medium rare, got blue... sent them both back .. they were replaced in pretty timing manor and was much better .. all thr sides were pretty good other then being on the cold side.. the fries died long before we got them.. stone cold ..My recommendation is find another place for dinner , I guess drinks and a appetizer would be find here , but I wouldn't recommendation any further , especially with a $150+ price. . I've had better steaks served at my local waffle house.On top of that you have to pay to park ... YES PAY TO PARK ON TOP OF $150+ MEAL THAT IS NOT EVEN SLIGHTLY WORTH IT .. the parking lot next to restaurant was $42.00.. we finally found one about the block away for $26.00... you make a reservation they should provide you a code for a discounted rate or free parking up to 2 hours... THATS real customer service this "FINE DINNING" establishment needs ..Parking: Way over priced! Lot next door was $42.00We found a lot a block away for $26.00.. ridiculous for just dinner .

Service is slow, workers stand around messing around and ignoring customers - had to ask for items multiple times. Food was not great and very salty, even chicken Caesar salad was not good. Definitely not worth the cost.

Sat at the bar hoping for a quick but decent meal. Terrible service, cold food, waited over an hour for a bowl of pasta - salad came out with the pasta. Bartender could have cared less. I really would not waste your time or money at this place.

We ordered an 8 oz filet that came out looking like a 4 oz for $52! No sides included... I got the meatballs - they were cold so sent them back- they were not tender - more tough but not awful. The sweet potato fries were also cold... not a very good meal for the price at all. The best item was the butter cake for dessert - it was my birthday and at least the server gave us the cake free and took off the price of the meatball - which was $18. Very disappointing for my birthday dinner night out in Nashville - we drove in from Cleveland today. Very disappointed for my birthday.

Greet took longer than expected. Ribeye was “mangled' for lack of better words. Service was fair. Not a bad experience but no “wow” factor to bring me back. For the money, plus paying $25 to park, value was just not there for me.

Yes a quality dining experienc (quality is subbgective ours is palate and ambiance experiencn) in Nashville is expensive.Period! But the establishment must be able to come through for the price.Litle idiosyncrasies and not majors in my book it is how they are addressed.This place has an upscale feel without having to dress for it if you do not want too.Super cool ambience. My wifes steak was under cooked but addressed effectively by Kevin the manager.Pur server Maria was super sweet. Was some service a little slow yes but we had drinks and music and was very comfortable. Again we do not major on the minors as long as it does not denigrate our over all experienceDrink pours a little lite.They were spot on with their customer interaction!!!!!Thanks to Kevin and Maria!!!!We will definitely be back!!!!!!

I was serenaded on my birthday by an amazing musician as we sat up front by the stage. What a great experience! The food was really delicious and the attention to detail down to the glassware made for a great ambiance. Despite being busy, our server took care of us best and could. This was the best Ahi Tuna Stack, and the Truffle Mashed was delicious! Complimentary champagne for my bday was a fabulous touch. Clifford Ray Walker provided amazing live entertainment.

Waiter never came to refill our drinks. I got a free app from their rewards and he told me they don't have that. So I showed him and he almost treated me like an idiot. Mac and cheese was prefect though. The lava cake was good but the sauce tasted like ketchup to me. Glad it was on the plate and not the cake.

I visited this restaurant when I was in town for a conference. A party of 4 of us went in for dinner and was sat in the bar area. Our waitress came over and was friendly and happy to take our order. We ordered two salads, one order of wings, and two burgers. We received our water and thirty minutes later I was informed that they had no more wings!!! I agreed to add grilled chicken to my salad. 20 minutes after that, still no food. All the while, several large groups that came in after us were being served left and right. What we received 30 minutes after that was a bunch of cold burgers and salads that were not worth the money. Big disappointment!!!
