Lady at the cash register was one angry and belligerent person! Was complaining about fellow employees to us while taking our orders. The whole ordering experience was awful. Then when we asked for the cream (hidden behind the coffee machine on the counter), she said “it’s in yo face” to my wife. We tried to be nice and just get through the experience up to that point, but that was it for us. I asked for the manager and got our money back. We left without food and wasted twenty minutes there.

This is the most unorganized place I've been to. I stop here quite a bit bc it's the only fast food place open close to work. EVERY time I come here, it's an ordeal ??♀️ this morning they were extremely slow. I placed my 1 biscuit order and waited in line 7-8 minutes only to be told at the window that I'd have to go around again and reorder bc my order wasn't taken! WHAT?! So these ppl really told me to go get back in line after wasting 10 min due to their incompetence! No! You should've just fixed my simple order and let me go on my way! Absolutely horrible customer service! Y'ALL NEED YO GET IT TOGETHER!! ?

I originally went here to eat on a regular basics especially breakfast Through the drive through..Only occasionally had lunch.They had messed up my order and was supposed to be 2 number 4 Burger which is the double burger bacon monster Burger and was supposed to be. when I got back to the office there was only single Patty burgers.End up calling a place supposedly. My name was put on a list so I can get 2 free ones per the manager that I talk to. Being is busy as I am? I finally got a chance to go back by to get my 2 burgers and manager said you're not in the list and then one of the employees. In the background says who waits a month? To comeback to get food.Hate to say it but some people have a life of work and food is not always The priority. Bottom line is this place has poor management, very rude and disrespectful employees.

How on Sunday morning before 930 am does a Hardee's have no ham or gravy? Do they not know how to get stuff from other stores? This make no since to me when they serve biscuits and gravy until at least noon if not all day. Someone needs a refresher on how to order goods for this location. I bought 2 breakfast patters that should have came with gravy but there was none to be had.Iwas told when ordering that they didn't have Ham or Gravy
Within an hour of eating a Hardee's burger, my girlfriend began to regret her decision.

Ok so please help me understand when I paid $8.52 and asked for my money back because the food and service was horrible why I only received $4.80 instead of the full price of $8.52 I want the remaining $3.72 put back on my card! I didn’t take the food so therefore I want all of my money back not just half!!!I would give 0 stars because this place is absolutely awful!!!! Waited 25 minutes to be served, when I did receive my food it was in a damn dog bowl!!! I am not a dog! This location needs new training and new staff pronto!!!! The manager doesn’t even know what he is doing!!!! Never returning!! I still haven’t received my refund yet it’s been 5 days!!!
