This Hardee's is one of my favs. The people here are really sweet. And the food is usually always hot and great!

The service sucks I spent 15 teen minutes in drive through only to get up there and then the young lady told me they just stopped serving breakfast they need someone who can run a drive through never go there ever

I sat at the drive thru ordering menu and speaker for 5-7 minutes, asking 3 different times : " would you like me to start my order?" , "Hello Ma'am?", " Hello, can I start my order?". No one ever answered me. The lady that had the headset on when I finally drove off was on her phone, walking around outside & smoking. The lobby at this Hardee's is NEVER open and always locked so no one is able to use the restroom! There is a sign placed on the doors stating "Drive Thru Only!" I really do not know how this Hardee's is still open!

New facility, clean and convenient. Doors locked and drive through only.Staff! Well,not so clean, nice, or happy to have a job. Their conversations broadcast on the drive through speakers were interesting to say the least. Some of the language was shocking. If I were to speak the derogatory and demeaning words/names the staff were calling each other to any person, I would be ridiculed and labeled as a very terrible person. Appalling to hear such words/names outside of a bad music selection. And it's inappropriate then.Food for a Hardee's was awful. Burger was warm at best. So was the lettuce and tomatoes. Fries tasted as they had been sitting out since the day before. Definitely reflected the people working.

The food i get from there is fine but they're never open. It's not worth driving there to check anymore. Google says it closes at 5pm, but a note on the drive-thru now says 2pm. And is almost seems like that window of openness just keeps shrinking everytime I check.

Went inside 1150 am 3 workers visible, non I guess were working. After seeing how nasty the floor and work area was. It was probably good no one waited on me. I left for my health.

Missed some food the woman over the speaker was impatient and and they also lacked the food that was the reason we went. So 40$ later and my Saturday just got worse thanks to yall! Awesome

After ordering first I was accused of stealing a drink, by manager, after getting unsweetened tea from the girl behind the counter. Then when I received my order it was wrong, they did fix it, but then plopped the tray down on the counter and said here's your remake. She should of walked it over to our table. Very rude!!

Forget a remodel y'all should just close down this location. Every time I go here they either closed or not serving 90% of the menu. like what's the point. And I know it's the employees in the back who refuse to cook it. Which is super annoying when you can here 1 person trying to do their job and another in the back yelling at them.
