I came in around Friday at 1 pm ordered the chicken sandwich and sat down to eat (great sandwich BTW) and a worker came in ready for the next shift even though he didn't have to work he was cleaning and making himself presentable. Thank you Ben for making Hardee's a classy joint. It shows how well you take your job!

Jetta the manager is always on point! She is courteous, trains, her staff, make sure everything is handled, timely, and correctly. She and this Hardee’s location are different than most fast food places today. It is a pleasure to be here on a regular basis and enjoy her food and service. Highly recommend!

I've been going to this Hardee's location for quite awhile. This is a very well managed Hardees. One of the things that keeps me returning to this location is it is always very clean, sanitary, and well organized. The tables and seats are always clean, the trash cans are never overflowing, and there is no clutter. The windows are clean. Even the entire parking lot is completely free from litter (amazing). And the restroom is always clean and sanitary. The manager apparently is onsite everyday -- I always see her and she remembers me, and the special way I order my burger. The food is always good, fresh, and warm. The manager is very friendly, and very clearly takes pride in her work. Her staff all have good attitudes and are helpful and friendly. I've been to hundreds of fast food restaurants over the years and this one stands out. That's why I keep going back to this particular location. I'm not related to or acquainted with anyone from this team -- I just want to share my good experience with others who may be familiar with this location at I-40 and Old Hickory Blvd.
