Ordered through drive thru - empty parking lot , was told by the guy working the register to pull up while he made my food fresh - 15 minutes later and I’m still waiting , finally I backed up and blocked the window so then they came out and said I was waiting for fries ( for now 18 minutes ) no one behind me in

The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. They are very short staffed but they make up for it with the quality of the food. There is a nice lady that works there I'm not sure if she is a manager but she is honest and apologetic about us having to wait which is not their fault. She's usually there by herself with maybe one cook. She said that they mostly have teenagers working and they can only come in at 4:00pm. She said people are leaving bad reviews because they don't like waiting but honestly this is the best Hardee's that is near my location. Let's try and have some compassion and understanding with fast food workers. The food business is not easy and they are overworked and underpaid but I digress. If you want some good food and have some patience go here and support these people!

Thus is my 3rd time eating Hardee's. The burger was good, fries good. My previous experience was that the food was nasty. Not this location. 1 was in Indiana. I had a better experience. Will eat there again if someone wants to go there.

Run by a bunch of teenagers that don't care. They will make you wait forever only to give you cold poor quality food.Avoid them.....they don't even have a thick burger anymore. Plenty of better options

To start with they where closing there lobby at 8 when it closes at 9 one of the employees that works there watched ppl spary there drinks every because they took the heads off to clean them and I ordered a monster burger and they gave me a 2 dollar cheese burger so then when I got my order fixed the bun was hard and beacon tasted like it was microwaved its a shame this was the only place I would eat around here not anymore will go on the do not go places on Holt plumbing food list
