Airport location.Ordered waffles and got 2 barely warm sugar nuggets in a non recyclable, huge plastic container instead of a small plate for inside eating. They were nothing short of horrible and disgusting. Don’t ever get these so called waffles!

So, im visiting Nashville for a class, my fellow instructors raved about how good the chicken was. So, i was highly anticipating getting some at the airport. Now! The food was excellent! However the customer service was...condescending. The person who took my order was extremely lackluster and his laissez-faire attitude almost made me cancel and leave. When i mentioned this to the other guy, who handed out the orders, i got a lecture on how they have to deal with all kinds of people and that i don't know what the other guy may be going through. I acknowledged that, but also mentioned this is customer service, and got a have a nice day here is your food!

Ate here on a layover, thanks to the reviews. Employees were friendly, service fast, even though a long line. The tenders were amazing! The breading was super light, yet crispy. The "comeback" sauce I used to dip my fries into. So good! Definitely will stop here again if I'm Nashville airport!!

If you flying out of Nashville, and have time before your flight, I highly recommend this restaurant if you want a taste of Nashville Hot Chicken out of BNA airport! Because it's an airport location, they have limited item selections (tenders, sandwiches, and wings) to allocate for customer demand.Each chicken dish has 3 main heat levels, plus 3 hotter levels past hot. I chose medium so I don't mess up my appetite before my flight. I got the chicken tenders, and they were huge, moist, and juicy. Highly recommend with the comeback sauce! The fries were well seasoned, and decent crinkle cut. Have room in your stomach, definitely get the peach cobbler for dessert!Highly recommend if you need a taste of Nashville in the airport. No table space available to eat at? Everything is to-go, and lots of spaces around BNA to sit down and eat from!
The food was great and the service was very polite. Just know this location is actually in the Airport inside of security. It is located near Gate C6

My Lyft driver recommended this place in the airport. It will be crowded, there will be a line, and it's worth it. Got the medium chicken tenders and a beer. Delicious! And hot! (Three more levels of spicy above this!? O-O #aspirations)

Stop at this place during layover. I ordered the tenders w/tots, spice level medium. Chicken was good and not dry. The tots are ok. Taste like tots. They do give a piece of bread, at least 2 slices would be nice. I like the medium heat but my lips are tingling too lol. I wldnt dare try hot or above. As alwys Nashville is a great airport price wise!!!!

The manager here is incredible… wish I knew his name but he was calling names and handing out orders behind the counter…he was beyond kind and extra accommodating to everyone sitting in the place eating. Checked on our food, refilled drinks, and was just friendly as heck all while handing out orders. Kudos to him and awesome food!
I ordered dine-in and got some forgotten to-go order sitting under a heat lamp or something similar. The chicken & fries were dry and stale. Nothing like real Hattie B's.

With a layover we had to make a stop. The line wasn't long and the prices were so affordable. We came for the chicken sandwiches but are still raving about the chicken tenders I ordered the sandwich but when I got it the chicken breast was tough. Brought it to the attention of Sam and she immediately apologized and had it replaced- scared of the same thing happening I asked for tenders instead. It was not a let down! The tenders are AMAZING! The Mac and cheese was delicious and I'm not a Mac and cheese person, my son who is definitely a Mac and cheese person is still talking about it. The tables were clean and service was quick.
