I had the best experience yesterday. Not only was it the first time I've ever eaten alone but it was my birthday on the 12th and the staff were soo sweet. The food was amazing and it was such a beautiful place inside and out. Highly recommend

This was my second visit to this spot and I'd go everytime I visit Nashville. Food is fresh, delicious and although we had to look up a few ingredients via Google to understand what we were ordering it did not disappoint. Our waiter was VEEY knowledgeable with his suggestions and wine pairings. Crazy that a year after my first visit I had the same waiter as my first visit. That's a testament to me; in an industry that has high turn over to keep the same core staff speaks volumes!

Outstanding lunch with catch made fried catfish. Sat at the bar with terrific service. Neat decor brick building added to farm appeal. Worth the hilly walk few blocks from downtown center. Take a scooter!

I had a different idea about this place than what I experienced but it did not disappoint. This is definitely not a cozy, family style southern cooking type of place. It is an upscale restaurant with delicious and thoughtful dishes. Our favorites were the house-made chichirones, the beef tartare and the burger. None of these things match the current online menu so just try some things, share and enjoy the adventure.

The food was alright but nothing very imaginative and certainly not worth the price point. Ended up having to send a dish back because it was entirely overcooked but the manager was very kind and understanding. Overall the service was great but the food definitely led something to be wanted.

Had a wonderful time for a special night out. The food is out of this world, exploding with flavor. We tried many of their “Firsts” and they were all better than the one before. The final chocolate dessert left me speechless. Beautiful atmosphere and top service.

Returning to Husk was like stepping into a delicious dream I never wanted to wake from. Each bite was a symphony of flavors that demanded my full attention, unlike my first visit where I was lost in a stupor of culinary ecstasy. This time, I savored every moment, from the delectable beef tartare to the dreamy beet salad. The swordfish and oyster stew? A tidal wave of emotions. My anticipation to join my wife's conference in Nashville solely for the Husk experience speaks volumes. Inspired by Sean Brock's passion for Southern cuisine on 'Mind of a Chef,' Husk is a culinary pilgrimage for any adventurous foodie, offering Southern cuisine elevated to another level. As a Canadian seeking culinary inspiration wherever I roam, Husk embodies the essence of Nashville's vibrant food scene. Thank you for an unforgettable culinary journey.

Our favorite meal in Nashville! I was a bit apprehensive with the menu but the staff was very knowledgable and all of their recommendations were top notch. We particularly loved the pig ears and the tomme with beets for apps. For entrees I had the trout with grits and shiitake mushrooms. This umami flavor bomb is probably one of the best fish dishes I've ever had. My husband had the steak which was delicious as well. We also ordered the plate of southern vegetables which we probably didnt need but it was great sampler. Dont miss the peanut butter meringue dessert!

This was the best restaurant we visited in Nashville. The food was really really incredible. Every dish was executed at a very high level, but not too "over the top". Our server was absolutely great.Again, back to the food. It was stunning. The steak was epic. The chicharrones were to die for. The tartare was on point and the Kentuckyaki lettuce wraps, yum. The drinks were equally well done. The atmosphere was a bit odd to me, but this isn't the fault of the restaurant. Being from Toronto Im used to being in a room that's very multicultural no matter where I go - this was (perhaps by chance only) an extremely homogeneous room of just middle aged white people like me, and then my Indian wife - I didn't think I'd ever notice that but I did, and that was weird. It was like I went back in time. Hard to describe it - again I'm certain it's maybe just by chance, or the area, but odd.
