Went to the Jack in the Box on Central Pike in Hermitage, TN. Was told in the drive thru-It is going to be awhile before I can take anymore orders. I sat for a very long time and when they finally took my order she said..what would you like..in a condescending voice. After I asked for what I wanted she just said..pull up. She was distraught and it shows in her customer service. New management is needed for this location.

Well food was good bu I think she was the manager was touch food with bear hands that's a no no no I want get no food from there again if not wearing gloves

I have been going here every time I go to the airport, to and from, but Saturday morning was the best yet. The two gentlemen working were clearly tired from a long night but still were efficient and provided the best customer service for being 430am. I hope they are working each time I come. I even tried to joke with them about getting one of the employee's shirts about dipping egg rolls in ranch. Ha. You can tell the guy was wanting to joke and crack a smile, but the drive thru line was getting long and he was there to work, he just kept his head down unphased and delivered the best ultimate breakfast sandwich I've had to date. Thank you, gentleman! Keep it up, and I'll keep coming back!

The “new” worker said we were talking about how when we weren’t..she said we were calling her ugly but she was a real pretty woman, then there was a girl laying in the floor in the bathroom with the stall unlocked..

The burgers always tastes old and nuked. The place is always dreary and uninviting and the staff is hardly ever friendly except for a few months ago there were these heavy set guys that worked at night that were really nice but for the most part these people are rude and the food's not even good so I would not
