I came to comment, “the food was good but the staff was rude” - BUT - then I read some of these comments and feel like this community should be ashamed. Y’all talk about the employees’ looks and call them morons, and from what I can tell, most of your complaints are because you had difficulty reading the menu or “didn’t get enough meat”.A. The people look fine. The tattoos are fine. The earrings are fine.B. None of you need any more meat. Believe me when I say that this community eats PLENTY of meat. Your LDLs probably average 250.C. They are not morons. They are people and are working. These are sandwiches. Not life or death. Chill people.D. I would probably be a lot more rude to all of you if you acted even the slightest bit in person like you do on the internet.So my update review is: I like this place. The food has been good consistently and everyone seems to be working quite hard.

Ordered deluxe club in a bowl.. no bacon was added. You would think since it's a main component of a club you wouldn't have to ask for it. Also asked for extra meat wasn't given that either! First and last time I will order from here. Basically paid for a bowl of shredded lettuce!

This place is ran by unfriendly people who don’t care or have any standards. One employee is covered in tattoos. One employee has a safety pin for an earring. The others look like they just got out of prison. The area where they work is filthy.

I ordered online at 11:10. Estimated pick up 11:25. Arrived at 11:32. The woman said 5-10 more minutes. At 11:53 I asked again what the hold up was and they were "topping and wrapping" them. I finally left at 12:02pm. Absolutely disgraceful wait time and I'll be calling to request a refund. No apologies were offered.

Literal worst jersey mikes ever. Got a sandwich and they just for whatever reason decided to not put anything on my Italian sandwich except the meat. Don’t go here, bunch of morons working here.

My sandwich was given to me yesterday with bread so soggy I couldn't pick it up whatsoever and had to eat it with a fork. Probably my least favorite sub sandwich ever, although I've had this exact sandwich at other JM locations that was delicious and not soggy. Last time I was here took almost 30 min to get my sandwich. Think it's simply this location I don't care for.
