Good food & portion, however I didn't realize Jersey Mike's made the swap to a "Last Resort-esque" way of serving their customers. Greeted at the door, but it only went downhill from there; the first employee in the sandwich assembly line was the worst of them all in terms of attitude. Though everyone's true colors showed after requesting gluten free bread for one of the sandwiches, at which point even the manager chimed in from behind to make known just how much of an inconvenience it was to everyone there to have to swap gloves and wipe down the surfaces in order to cater to an allergy. Will not be returning. Until the other location is done renovating Jersey Mike's has lost my business and I can only hope that the staff over there is better managed.EDIT: The Bellevue location is FAR superior to this one. Do yourself a favor and make the extra drive for some respect and a meal you won't be afraid to eat because of such hostile employees.Kid-friendliness: Rude, hostile employees. Cannot recommend ever bringing children here.

came in to pick up an online order and was met with an extremely and openly rude staff. I have no where to be, I never minded waiting, one employee asked for my name, and i was met with an eye roll and glares that I had come in a few minutes after I placed it. I really don’t care to wait, I just have no idea how I warranted such a mean response :((

All is well. Great Sammy. But Listen... I know times are hard but this cheap Sysco mayo needs to go. DUKEs or hellmans packets pls. Is a must if you want to compete in the area with other sammy shops. Secondly, DR PEPPER in the soda fountain. We don't need 6 Pepsi and Starry.-with love

I love the subs at Jersey Mike’s but I have never been to a more unpleasant store in my life. Live right by here and have come probably a dozen times now and I’m finally throwing in the towel. Employees are incredibly rude and it takes forever because they don’t care at all, all while making it crystal clear how much they despise their job. They act put out any time a customer walks through the door and seem to think they’re doing you a favor to make the sandwich you’re paying for. Save us, Mike

Horrible service today! I’ve had poor experiences here before, but not like today. The person that took my order acted like it was an inconvenience. Then the dazed and confused guy making my sandwich not only took forever but was really rude, while another employee commented on a patron who was leaving that was dressed like a female but “looked like a man.” After that commotion, I stood at the cash register waiting to pay for my food with no one even bothering to look my way. I asked if someone was going to ring me up, to which the dazed and confused guy answered “oh…yeah, what did you get?” Rang me up and then stepped back over to his station to discuss the previously mentioned commotion, but Never bothered to take my money. I left $14 in cash for a $13 something bill in the counter, got my drink and left. Just really poor customer service. I think this was it for visiting this location.

Accidentally placed an order to this location using the app. I tried to call the number listed SEVERAL times to try and cancel the order. The number does not work. It should not be so hard to get in touch with someone at Jersey Mikes. $30 wasted...
