Absolutely love this location. My sandwich is always ready on time, staff is friendly and never keeps me waiting when I arrive for pickup, and they know what I mean when I say “extra honey mustard.” This specific location is why I eat too much Jersey Mike’s.

Great subs with both hot and cold options. The wait time is pretty low and the giant sub provides a more than generous portion of meat and veggies. Good place to grab a bite!

I eat the veggie sub or a ham and provolone almost 4 times a week. Maybe I’m addicted but I don’t care you can expect great flavor. They always get your order right and they are always friendly.

I walked in about 11 AM this morning. The man who made my sandwich treated every patron like he’s known them forever. He was enthusiastic, and proud of what he did. Whatever you’re paying him, it’s probably not enough. He was awesome and made a simple experience a great one.

I placed an Uber Eats order, which they do not provide all of the order options at this location. Ex. We wanted wheat wraps and Sun chips and they do not give you that option. I placed the order and called to let them know to change it from a white wrap to a wheat wrap and that we wanted different chips. NO one would answer the phone at first and finally when they did they kept putting me on hold by just sitting down the phone. They did this 11 TIMES! I literally heard the girl in the background preparing my order at one point while I was on the phone and no one would take two seconds to listen to me. This is now the 2nd time this exact same thing has happened! The first time the guy refused to remake my order and this time the order has already been picked up so I can't cancel. Either get your location updated in Uber Eats or answer the phone! I'm also going to dispute through Uber Eats and get my money back. What if I had been calling to place a huge order for a company event? It will be Jimmy John's or a different Jersey Mikes from here on out!

While ordering a sandwich, I notice that a very tall worker on the line is wearing only one plastic glove. With his unloved hand he wipes his nose then touched the top of his head. He then proceeds to make my sandwich. I stop him and ask him to wash his hands and out on gloves before touching my food. He asks "why"(!!!) and I say I watched what he did with the ungloved hand. Another worker steps in and actually says "it's ok, he only uses his gloved hand to make the sandwich!!" At this point the tall one glove guy gets angry, rips off the one glove, and goes to the back. But not to wash his hands. Another employee makes my sandwich. I ask for the manager. There doesn't seem to be one. I assure the guy who finished my order they I would report this to the Health Department and to Jersey Mike management. I put the complaint on the JM website. No response. No way would I ever walk in there again.
