I used to go to this location about a year ago I stopped going because my order was always wrong and it was messed up I noticed that there's a new store manager there I believe his name is Robert and he is an amazing manager he has turned that store around my order since I've been back has never been wrong the staff is polite the staff is always courteous and they say thank you do I need anything else the restaurant is clean and so is the bathroom before I wouldn't even use the bathroom now I'll use the bathroom there if I'm waiting for my pizza also I have listened to that store and give advice to his employees that is nice to hear them not being yelled at for being taught if they were doing something wrong he speaks to them and not at them he teaches them if they're doing it no we're supposed to do with this way and this is the reason he explains the reason why it's got to be done that way other managers and other locations I've seen Yale scream and I mean their employees but this gentleman is amazing so whoever hired him for this location y'all did a good job keephim there me and my friends and family have gone back we went from going once every 6 months to go in at least twice a week now manager Mr Robert you're doing an amazing job keep up the good go to work I sure do appreciate you and thank you for always making sure my pizza is accurate

They forgot our bread, brought the wrong pop and then had to re-deliver the bread...the door dash guy they assigned to deliver didn't speak English so he didn't even know to check that our order was correct. Didn't offer a discount and still charged us for the delivery! Didn't seem to care at all that they screwed our order up.

Outstanding customer service from the staff working on Dec 27, 2023 around 730 PM. There was a delay with the delivery and they made sure the pizza was fresh (and delicious) when I got it and made sure to apologize for the delay and make it right. Great service and great food!

We have dined at this restaurant several times and normally, our food is great but this time they let us down. These boneless chicken wings look nothing like advertised on the internet or coupons or how we have previously received them. When I asked if they could be tossed, I was told “sauce is in the bottom of the container” wow! So much for good customer service.
You can taste the pizza by just smelling it!! Love Jets!!!

I accidentally typed in my address one digit off, which is an easy mistake to make. The driver called, texted, and left a voicemail which I appreciate. I just didn’t appreciate the rude condescending tone I received through each method of communication. When he arrived, he chewed my spouse out saying he was wasting his time, and we had already apologized for the typo prior. Next time I’ll take my pizza without the attitude and disrespect. It’s an easily made mistake. Will not be ordering from here again.
