AVOID THIS LOCATION We were visiting Nashville last weekend. On our last night(4/21/24) we ordered online at 7:18pm and pizza to be delivered to our hotel(Hampton Inn). We ordered from 214 25th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37203. It said 60min. At 8:18pm...we had no pizza. We called at 8:24pm. The guy who answered wasn't very nice....cut my husband off(who was being super nice) and said "it's in route" and hung up on him. We waited until almost 9pm....called at 8:54pm...the phone picked up and went right to music...we waited...no one answered. Tried again at 9pm...same thing. We never got the pizza and were charged for it including tip. We called once back home in Chicago on Monday (4/22/24) at 5:15pm. The person who answered sounded like the guy from night before(not 100%) and we asked to talk to manager. A person came on claiming to be the "Manager" and gave no name and didn't say sorry or give explanation....all they said it was refunded. It wasn't. I had to go through my credit card company to reverse charge. We've had jets pizza many times back home. This was horrible experience, bad employees and I will be sharing with others about this particular store.

Placed an online order at 8:25 PM on a Tuesday with an estimated delivery time of 60 minutes. Store closed at 9. Attempted to call store after 70 minutes. Someone finally answered the phone at over 90 minutes after ordering. The person who answered began with "Jet's Pizza, how can I help you?" I stated that I was calling to check on an online order placed over an hour ago. The employee cut me off before I could finish my sentence, saying "We closed at 9, if you ordered online an hour ago, 9 times out of 10 that will be refunded overnight." CLICK, hung up on me. I get that you're probably there for minimum wage, and it was 50 or so minutes after closing, but it was at least slightly rude to cut me off & hang up on me when all I wanted was information on my order. I was sober, I was not belligerent or Karen-esque. It should be noted that my money was indeed refunded overnight, so at least I don't have to contact the store & deal with anyone there. A definite bummer, as Jet's used to be my main "in a pinch" pizza. With service like I received last night, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I Door dashed two jet boats-calzone and man they were very delicious. I will definitely be ordering from them again while here in Nashville. I ordered from this place a 2nd time, and the pizza was very delicious

I want to start off by saying I love Jets pizza. I call and order a pizza for pickup and they say 15 minutes. I drive to this location 10 minutes later. No pizzas being made and none in the oven. They tell me it’s going to be 20-25 minutes. I said “forget about it.” I am just mad at the time I wasted and that I wasted a part of my evening driving around. I will try them again, but just beware.

Absolutely Terrible waited a 1/2 hour for my order And they never even put it in because they had a large order come in after mine. This location has management that doesn't take customer service seriously. I will never spend another dime in this store. And by the way it doesn't help to say anything to management because they will brush you off like they have me before. With all of the competition in town I will spend my money somewhere else.

I love their pizza so much! We live in Charleston just visiting and I was so happy to see they have a location here. Not sure what the bad reviews are about because this place is in my top 3, and I'm from NY! Worth the money!

they seem overwhelmed. i saw other reviews about the wait times/ cold food and figured I'd give them a shot since I got a coupon in the mail. The reviews are right....I got my food just under 2 hours after ordering. the workers seem miserable. overall odd experience.

I spent almost $75 for four pieces of pizza (when the photo had 8) and lettuce with olives in the wrong dressing. There were also no dips for my chicken wings and my tea was missing. Worst service I have had on this app.

Love Jets but was given the Wrong Pizza ?Order Hawaiian Chicken Bbq but got a Hawaiian Ham..When I called the Store the manager was Nice n give us a Free Pizza on next OrderParking: Convenient.. not a problem

I ordered food and it was delivered 50 minutes late. The driver was rude. She delivered my order to the wrong address and wanted me to come and pick up my order from there. Why do I need delivery then? The problem was that she did not enter the full address into her navigator. She accused me of giving the wrong address and didn't want to give me the food although the problem was that she entered an incomplete address. Awful service.
