Despite some bad reviews.....we thought the food was awesome!! Trouble doing online ordering it just called and it was easily done. Guy on tue phone who took our was was very friendly as well as the delivery driver. Pizza did not disappoint the hype. Hot and fresh! With people being short staffed now a days this place was excellent! Will definitely eat here again when in the area!

Their app makes it impossible to order a gluten free pizza. They expect you to order by texting however you have no idea how much your pizza wit cost until your order is already placed. I tried for 10 minutes to order by texting and the app just sent me in circles. I won’t try again!

Uses Doordash for deliveries with no warning when ordering form their site. Because these drivers have to use multiple apps simultaneously to make anything that constitutes a living orders will always come cold and late, and the cost of delivery is more than what should be because Doordash is made of pure greed. Maybe pay your employees and delivery drivers a decent wage and then you wouldn't have to use door dash and have reviews like this left for your company.
This pizzeria is one of my favorites! Their Greek Salad is superb! And the Pizza is fully loaded and tastes great! The best part for me is the service. The delivery guys are fast and always super friendly.

I have ordered 2 deep dish pizzas from Mt. Juliet store. Both lacked pizza sauce. The only good thing was that the owner gave me the second one free but it was the same as the first one. The previous owner seemed to put more sauce which was really delicious. With this "new" method you taste crust, cheese, and whatever topping, and if you are lucky a little sauce. To dry for me. Sad as I loved my jets pizza previously from the Mt Juliet Store. I will seek another pizza place elsewhere for my $22.

Great pizza ? and service! Detroit Style is really good. Salads are also fantastic. Tip: Get a bottle of Ranch dressing. It is amazing!

The food is great. It seems like people have had issues ordering delivery here, so I can’t speak for that. However, I ordered online and picked it up in 20 minutes no problem. I will say though if you’ve been to Jets before and are willing to order online and pick it up, don’t let the current reviews sway you elsewhere; it’s good.

Poor customer service. They don't read your order. "Cut in squares" means exactly that..but they don't know what that means so the topping slides off the crust as you reach for a wedge. Pizza is ok but nothing I can't live without... I won't be back.
