This location is just terrible as I’ve been in a number of times but won’t ever again. Just had my last experience there now where the kid working the register seriously had a demeanor about him like he was trying to intimidate me or something…? I think he was really mad that he couldn’t keep texting to help serve me, because without saying a word to me he just instantly started texting again after he gave me the change back. Shouldn’t be made to feel uneasy for ordering a sandwich.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with any food delivery. It took an hour and a half to get my sandwich. When I called after an hour for an update the employee was incredibly rude and told me it would be another 15 min and hung up. Then, when the delivery driver got to my door, he reeked of cigarette smoke, and even my bag of food smelled of cigarettes after he left. Horrible experience.

It's alright but like most JJ's the subs are thrown together so haphazardly they it's all falling out of the side, the cheese is all folded over, cucumbers barely in the bread at all. I usually end up remaking it myself since they just slamming everything in there. "Freaky fast" doesn't mean doing a good job. Jersey Mike's always on point. I'll take quality and not freaky fast. **Response to owner response -- the specifics are right here in writing, it's called a review. You can offer an actual response, your last one bumped the rating down to a one star.

Always takes forever to be delivered…they are definitely not “freaky fast”. Every time I’ve called the workers are extremely unprofessional and the last time I called, I could hear one employee cussing in the background. Worst location I have ever experienced.

I walked up 20 minutes before closing just to get a simple ham, turkey and cheese sandwich that would have taken a total of 30 seconds to make, and a worker sitting outside told me that they were closed, while there were obviously 2 more workers inside making orders.

It's The Pug Lady

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Jimmy John’s. Three employees were there. One was outside, one was on her cellphone the entire time I was there, and the other was on the main phone but not talking at all. For the first several minutes, not one of them even made eye contact with me, much less asked to take my order or explain why I was left standing there in an awkward silence for so long. It was also disturbing to see all 3 employees wearing pants hanging well below their butts with their underwear showing. I will not be returning to this location!

I got food poisoning the very next day. All day diarrhea. They are very fast at making the sandwich but it feels very dirty and cramped. The bread on my sandwich was stale as well.As just a heads up, they don't have indoor seating.

I can't say enough about the service. First class service, and it's the best food I've eaten in a long while. The price was less than what I would've paid at a fast food place. The delivery driver without question is the best driver I've seen in a long time as well. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.Parking: It is a little busy with traffic and pedestrians, but the parking is there, and there are plenty of spots when I was there. I can't say enough about the great food and the service.

Terrible terrible customer service. The two gentlemen working huffed and rolled their eyes as we opened the door. They groaned and eye rolled as they made our sandwiches. Angrily tossing things aside, in the trash, and on the floor as they corrected their own mistakes. Just pitiful.

The delivery team is always kind and the food is good when/if it arrives. Delivery is the issue here. It is a total crapshoot. Usually takes up to or over 1 hour to get the food.

I ordered delivery from this Jimmy John's and it took over an hour and a half for it to arrive. When it arrived, it was wrong. Never again.

The delivery driver went to the wrong address. Rang the buzzer and no one answered. Then just went back to the store. She's not only incompetent, but also lacks any sort of ownership of the task at hand. She just didn't care. I called the store and they were rude about. Will never order from this store again.
