Worst Kroger in the history of Kroger's. This placed need to be burned down and rebuilt. RUDE, LAZY workers. NOTHING EVER WORKS... coin stars always down you can never get a money order and everyone working is outside smoking. I feel disgusting getting anything from here when I have to. I'm from Atlanta and been in krogers in the trenches that are better than this. Seriously get it together!!!

This Kroger, located on the corner of Gallatin and Old Hickory, is one of my least favorites ever visited. The store itself is a small footprint, so limited stock compared to the larger stores in the area. That in itself is not an issue, but the variety of stock and the actual amount of items that are constantly out of stock or in bad shape (fruits/veggies/meats) is concerning. Picking up anything on the outer aisles at this location is risky. When I do have to stop here, out of desperation, I stick to the middle aisles. The parking lots is a mess as well, so be careful. There is not easy way for traffic to flow, and it is quite compact for a grocery store. The store itself is also in disrepair from the floors to the ceilings, doors, carts, etc...it needs some help for sure. Service is also hit and miss here, with it mainly being a miss. There are never enough lanes open, and then the staff working self check are never paying attention or helpful when needed. Overall, I usually avoid this location. While it is nice to have a Kroger so close, I will go the few extra miles to Goodlettsville before swinging in here.

To many customers and not enough lanes open, everyone is using the self service lanes. ? Really

The pharmacy is the worst. They never answer and they are always closed by 5 pm. How is someone who works suppose to get there in time to get a prescription if they close at 5 or even 6.

Never have many problems. Lines are better then Walmart . The employees are pretty nice for the most part

My mother shopped in the Madison, TN Kroger store today and was very disappointed in the behavior of the cashiers and the response she got from the store manager. The cashiers were engaged in horse play instead of greeting customers or cleaning up the spillage on the floor which occurred before my mother got to the register. When she brought it to their attention they grunted and rolled their eyes. One of the cashiers rudely pushed a cart into my mother. My mother reported the behavior to the store manager. His response was "they are always a problem, I'll handle it." My confidence in that he will handle it is a "0". If they are " always a problem" and it hasn't been handled to date I doubt it will be. Madison has options, and Kroger doesn't have to be one.

I receive outstanding customer service. The Kroger brands are good quality, affordable and delicious, especially the Private Selection whole wheat bread.

I am never going to this Kroger again because of the homeless bums begging for dollars outside constantly. I've went here for 14 years and as soon as you come out of your car someone walks up like " hey give me a dollar (because I need more heroin)!" . They come from the trailer park down old hickory blvd like fuckin zombies, but instead of brains, it's dollars! Sorry for the folks inside because they are nice and hard working. The trashy junkies ruin all of that easily though.Go to Goodletsville Kroger or Inglewood Kroger it's 100 times better!

Amazing people. Through the quarantine I could always count on food and supplies and a kind word from the staff. Always friendly and positive. Thank you

I will never shop at this store again. I generally go a few times a week late at night to get few things for my kids school lunch. I always use one of the smaller carts because I rarely get alot. Tonight I bought Dr pepper, pancake syrup, fruit gushers, cereal and a loaf of bread. I paid for all at the self checkout. I noticed the manager lady said have a good night to every one except me as I walked to the exit door. After I went through the exit door the alarm sounded and m

Really clean and easy to find the food I wanted here every time. It's just usually crazy in the parking lot to find parking, but nothing too bad

This is the closest Kroger to my house. I try to go to the Goodlettsville location or Donelson while I'm out. The register light was lit and a woman in a head wrap stood with her back to me in the cashier area. I approached her, she looked at me then returned facing the other direction with her back to me. I asked if she was ipne, she said no and continued facing the other way. I grabbed my 3 items and proceeded to self check out. The lack of acknowledgement, courtesy or friendliness reminds me why I avoid this location when possible.

Employees are unfriendly. Do not recommend visiting after dark. Better yet, avoid this location altogether and drive to another Kroger.

Why is this location not open 24hrs anymore? I was told by a worker it's been like that for two years. I know that's not true.
