First, when we entered, they told us that they would seat us at a dirty table and when we sat down that is when they came to clean it. What a lack of respect!! You don't go to a restaurant to be seated at a dirty table. They are supposed to clean the table before seating the customer at the table. A customer is not paying to be seated at a dirty table.Second, the waitress who took our order, I told her that I want a tray paisa and she didn't even ask me how I want the egg, but rather acting stupid. You are supposed to be attentive and explain about the dish and ask how you want the egg, and talk to customers.Third, when I asked for a glass of water, the Cuban waitress only added a little ice and the water wasn't even cold. The other Cuban waitress asked me if I wanted more ice. I got upset and he said of course!!!! When you pour a glass of water, you are supposed to fill the glass with ice and then pour water into it (that's logical). Were they saving ice? When he placed the glass with warm water and a little ice on my table, he didn't even look at me, he didn't even smile. He put the glass with warm water and a little ice on my table and left. Those waitresses were very unprofessional and the service was very unprofessional. Attitude is what makes the customer come back.
