I ordered through the Little Ceaser's app and when they delivered they were missing 90% of the items I ordered. I told the driver to take the pizza back. I called the customer service number on the app and requested a refund. Its been over a month now and I still haven't received my refund. Door Dash won't do anything and no one answers the phone at this place. Do not order from this location.

The place, the attention, the preparation and everything is a disaster. They should filter more who sells the franchises because they are terrible in this place.I ordered a pizza and they gave it poorly made and with the cheese all over it, I went back to give them a second chance and with 40 minutes left to close they told me that they couldn't make it because they only had cheese and pepperoni already made that they had already cleaned and they were not going to do anything else

Came in at 8:55pm and ordered a Pepperoni Cheese Bread.. was told they don’t make those anymore. I literally ordered one a few days ago from this same location and when you order online it has it on their website.. then the girl at the counter tried to double back and say “oh we just don’t do them after 8pm anymore..” If you’re lazy then just say that??

I ordered pizza at 9pm said it would be ready at 933pm .I'm still here waiting in this hot place at 953pm on my pizzas all I ordered was 2 pizzas.
I ordered from here at 6pm and it said my order had gotten picked up but it was taking too long so I called up there , they said that it was there so I went up there myself to pick it up but they said it would be another 20 minutes and it was already 7:20pm around this time . They told me they didn’t have enough cheese to make my order so I had to cancel my whole order .

I honestly don't understand the bad reviews.. maybe new management now, but I've been here 3 times the past couple weeks and the food is always hot and fresh plus service is a 10/10. I just ordered the pepperoni Italian cheese bread and it's BUSSIN!! I will continue to come this location in Antioch.
