Sorry for the spit out food but this place is disgusting.. halfway through our pizza we get a fingernail in our food. Not only that but when we went to get a refund the lady at the front (who had the exact nails on) was very rude and wanted to argue instead of simply giving me a refund.

Just got a pizza from this location. Literally raw. It's frustrating to have to cook the pizza once you get home. There was a hole in the pizza as well. Stay clear of this location.

Brought home a deep dish pizza from these guys and the dough was absolutely raw. Called immediately and were told no refunds. They “just don’t do it”. Terrible food as well as customer service.

Ordered with UBER EATS and they never gave me my order because it was 30 minutes before closing time. They sent the driver away. They still took $18 from me and never refunded it back. Uber wasn’t no help and said the order was delivered when it wasn’t. I would recommend never to order from these places because they will take your money!

So picked up a pizza today and.My order is $36 and some change. I am a $100 bill and he tells me he doesn't accept that now. I don't accept that from you because I'm trying to pay for my order. It's not a lot of money I asked him his name. He said he wasn't giving it to me. And then he said my name is Jason. I don't think his name is Jason anyway. He was being very rude to me after I had to go down the street to exchange money to come back He said it is their policy, but is that your policy? The order is only half the bill. I'm trying to pay Withey mention this photo. And this is for orders under $20, right? Because my order is $36.86. And I'm trying to 100. What's the problem with you giving me some of them 20s back?That everybody's paying with. I don't understand the problem. And why I had to walk down the street waste my precious time

Their online system and app doesn’t work past 6:30 on several occasions. If you call the store at 7 pm they can’t help you with the coupon you are using. Apparently management is horrendous at this location and they should just shut down. Jets pizza is much

I never receive what I actually ordered. I ordered a deep dish pep pizza, ICB with jalapeño cheese sauce, TWIX brownie... I got pizza........ and more pizza. the pizza is good though. but sad I didn't get my entire actual order.

My hat's off to the owner and staff of this restaurant. I needed pizzas for a lunch party and wanted to get them ordered early enough that I had them in time. On a chance, I called them BEFORE their posted opening time of 10:30 and they actually answered the phone. And she was willing to take my order even though they hadn't officially opened yet. It was a 5 minute drive to pick them up and when I got there the door was still locked. She let me in, pizzas were ready. And all of this had happened before their stated opening time of 10:30. You have to love it when people don't mind showing up for work, and actually serve the customer.

I picked up my pizza this evening. When I got home I started opening the boxes and one of the boxes was EMPTY. I was missing the cookies that we had ordered. I tried to call the store 4 times and no one answered. I drove back up there to return the empty box and get my cookies. When I explained what happened at first the guy chuckled and said “he must have accidentally put that in there” blaming one of his coworkers. I gave him my receipt and he looked over it and said that he did give me the cookies. I tried to explain that we did not get them. He then went on to try argue with me that he was the one who packed my order (after blaming someone else) and he did not give me an empty box and he did give me the cookies. I was not given any sort of apology. Instead he tried to make me look like an idiot however I’m not the one who sent a customer out of the store with an EMPTY box.
