My brother and I are there today. We barely made it out the door before both of us had bad cases of diarrhea. There must be something that is insanitary about the food. I had chicken fingers and a baked potato and he had a cheeseburger and fries. When I unrolled the silverware that was rolled up in a napkin it was filthy. Even the waitress said so. WHAT IS GOING ON AT LOGAN'S?

Went with a group of ten for a late lunch and the staff were exceedingly capable. Tasty burgers and steaks and sides. Again, I was truly impressed with our waitress and the other staff.

Pretty MID experience. Food was okay, not great. The baked potato was not warmed fully; felt microwaved. The salmon was way over cooked- almost tasted like grilled chicken. Salad and the shrimp were good. Service was slow.

Travelled to Nashville from a Far North City in Illinois for a Personal Event and wanted "Authentic" Tennessee-Steak and Bourbon. The Waitress told me my #1 Choice of Bone-In Ribeye wasn't available so I ordered the Porterhouse instead; well we SHOULD have Left right then & there but we gave this particular Logan's another chance, and other than our Waitress doing a Good Job at being attentive, the Steaks were NOT done as we asked for, my 22oz Porterhouse appeared to weigh much Less than the $33 worth, and my wife's steak was practically "Raw"!Needless to say, Logan's did NOT offer "Anything" Special to remember you by-- thus there won't be another opportunity for us to seek-out a Logan's in the future!Parking: Plenty of available Parking Spaces!

The appetizers arrived before my beer did. I stared at it for 15mins at the bar. Then it took another 45 mins for the food to arrive. My wife and kids food was fine but mine was cold. Logans is unfortunately going downhill it seems.
Food is always great however, I went on a Sunday and the wait was about 20 min. Plus they almost skipped me in line so you must keep an eye out. Also, our food took forever maybe about 45 min. and i had 2 little ones with me so that was a disaster.

We often stop here when we travel. This is the 1st time it took forever to get our food and they weren't busy. I think the waitress got held up and forgot at first to put the order in. She was nice and the food was good though.
We were seated immediately. When we got to the table within 5 minutes the waitress came by and said she'd be back for our drink order. She finally came back after 10 minutes and we ordered drinks. The waitress went to the back and never returned for any of her tables for over 15 minutes! We sat at the table for 32 minutes and still hadn't even gotten our drinks. I used to be a server so I scoped her tables out after we waited awhile to see if she could just be busy. She had 3 tables total including ours during the entire time we waited and the rest of the place was not crowded or busy. There was no excuse for 2 waters with lemon to take over 30 mins. We finally got up and left.

We love Logans and I understand sometimes on weekends there's not enough help. But waitresses are suppose to refill glasses before they get empty without us asking. Also when tables are cleaned after customers leave, under the tables as well as chairs should be cleaned up as well.
